I can’t express how much I enjoy eating at this Jimmy John’s location in Winchester. Their customer services is outstanding. They care about you as a person, they want you to be pleased with what you get and pursue quality. Communication of mangers and crew is also another reason I afore this location.
Everyone I see is friendly, kind, courteous and have something a lot of venues I visit lack. Passion. The mangers and their crew, have passion. I’m not just a “number” when I walk through that door. I am a human being, who has feelings and they spot that and respond to that. Meaning, they listen to me if I have a question or come over to check on me even if I clearly have everything in front me, it doesn’t stop them from checking in or asking me about my day.
Every time I or my team comes to Winchester, we make it a mandatory goal to visit this Jimmy John’s so we can be surrounded by outstanding customer service and of course, eat the food. The food is delicious and they have vegetarian selections that are a must try if you strictly love veggies.
I come for the food, but I return for the safe space the manger/mangers have built in that restaurant.

Pulled up to the drive through and ended up pulling away without ordering because the woman taking our order was extremely rude and dismissive. When my husband didn’t understand her she slowed down her speech in such an exaggerated way as if talking to a child. We decided to just drive off. Suggest you work with her on her customer service skills. Awful!

*** update 5 years later…waited almost an hour for my sandwich to have mayonnaise when requested no mayonnaise. That’s fine it’s a mistake. I called the store, manager said are you sure it was mayonnaise on there? I offered to send pics, who knows how long it will take to get my replacement sandwich…? oh and I have to give the driver the old one as if I’m lying ♀️ oh well it’s pretty obvious in the pics. I just called to get the correct sandwich it’s the being accused of being mistaken or lying is what did it for me.
Every time I order delivery it’s a 45 minute wait or longer. I thought that this was supposed to be “freaky fast” or like others say “20 minutes”. If you’re ordering for the delivery time don’t bother!

I order from here often because most times I work late. They are always quick the sandwich is nice and neat not messy like most places. The deliver drivers are nice and respectful. Great place I’ll definitely keep ordering here.

Freaky fast? It’s freaky how long it takes a sandwich to travel .4 miles. Two days in a row I’ve waited over an hour for delivery, today my tracker wasn’t updated, my driver didn’t knock on my door, didn’t ring the doorbell or anything, so my toasted sandwich was cold by the time I found it outside. Order went in at 1:07 pm, out for delivery at 1:28. Shows up at my house less than half a mile away at 2:22 with no fanfare. My wife’s chicken caesar wrap tasted like straight up chemicals too, so needless to say we will not be ordering from this Jimmy Johns again.
