Our first impressions are great! We had a calzone (The Liberators), super tasty. Inside was very clean and staff was very friendly too! Definitely coming back

Stopped by to try Barge’s calzone for the first time this week, and it was awesome! After eating the (must have) garlic knots, I didn’t habe room to finish my ‘zone, but late night calzone snack was also good! (With extra side of ranch for the road)

Nice small pizza place! Awesome people! Can’t wait for my next visit!

Evidently this has changed owners…. but the cauliflower pizza doesn’t miss. Had the cici and the Margareta pizzas. Sssooo gggooooodddd

Finally tried the cauliflower crust pizza.
I had the 3 cheese… my buddy has the spicy chicken ranch
Both are super stellar. I really like the atmosphere of the place. Feels like an old school pizza parla… which was prob their goal. Service was good and food was great. I’ll definitely get it again.

Great pizza place in Bolivar. Nice staff. The calzone is delicious and they have a great Caesar or house with ranch salad. Call ahead if you’re in a rush as pizza takes a while to cook.

Absolutely the best pizza in Bolivar! I’ll continue to come up from Springfield for this joint. It doesn’t matter if you get your pizza by the slice or you order 20 large pies, just get it here! Can’t wait to come back and try a calzone and there desserts!
100/10 would recommend

Took my two daughters out for lunch. I ordered the Italian Sub, my oldest ordered the Sweet Hawaiian pizza, and my youngest ordered a ham, beef, sausage, and bacon pizza. Both of the pizzas were 9″ and neither my 14 year old nor my 10 year old was able to finish them. They both said that they were the best pizza that they had ever had. My Italian sub was delicious alone and with the marinara sauce. Fresh, crisp vegetables, toasted roll, melted cheese and Italian meats. Rocco’s is a fantastic place for lunch!

Called in order to go – it took about 20 tries to get through starting just after 11:00. Ordered a large double cheese, mushroom, black olive and green pepper pizza at 11:20. I was quoted a price of just under $13.00 with a 40 minute pick up time. I arrived on time and the pizza was available within 5 minutes, but the price was just over $16.00. I paid without comment and wasn’t offered a receipt.

The place had about 10 eat-in customers and the phone rang 3 times for orders while I waited – so business was good. One of the two servers wore a mask, one of the three kitchen staff I saw was masked. My guess is that one of the 5 employees I observed was over 40. This is Wednesday, July 28th. I’m vaccinated and had a mask on.

I had a stop on the way home so didn’t open the box for about 45 minutes – and was disappointed when I did. My wife said it looked like a frozen pizza and tasted that way. I agree. Very sloppy preparation as the outer 1-1/2″ – 2″ was mostly bare and if there was double cheese, it was on the middle 3rd. Skimpy on the mushrooms and green peppers. Almost no cheese on the outer 3rd.

This was our first experience with Rocco’s in Bolivar. Compared to the Rocco’s Springfield by the university, which never was less than outstanding, the Bolivar store needs serious management help.

The new owners did a wonderful job revamping the interior and atmosphere, while maintaining the charm of a small town Pizza place. The food is amazing and the owners are beyond charming.

Called in a large order for a very special occasion 2 weeks ahead went to pick it up the day we were supposed to and no pizza.. The guy that took our order acted like he never did it. So needless to say we will never be going back and will make sure to tell everyone we know not to give them any business, very unprofessional!!!!

We have eaten here several times now, and feel comfortable in now leaving a review. The food has gotten better with each visit, we love the calzones and the marinara sauce keeps improving as well. The service has getting better as well. I hope they keep doing well as we crave calzones on a frequent basis.
