We reserved two rooms and only spent one night here to attend a wrestling tournament in Toledo the next morning, six miles away. We chose this hotel because it offered a hot tub for the adults along with an indoor pool for kids. When we checked in, we were told the hot tub was out of order. We attempted to use the pool, but because of the temperature in that area (the outside temp was in the single digits outside the one glass wall and door), it was too cold for us and our grandson.

Very disappointed we were not told the hot tub was out of order ahead of time.

Legit called this store to ask if they were opened and they tell me yes. I get there and she tells me we’re only doing door dash. Absolutely ridiculous.

The gentleman who made our food was very personable and friendly. The sandwich was made perfectly with no issues. The gas station attendant was also very friendly.

I’m only leaving stars because i to have one to leave this review !! Tonight was the worst experience I ever got from this subway!!! They made my husband wait for almost a hour for 4 subs that was paid online 15 minutes before he got there !!! A pregnant girl who didn’t work there jumped behind the line to help the lady working because she was to drunk to handle making the subs. I was on the phone with my husband and to hear the things that was being talked about around my husband disgusted me!!! And they was very laund and obnoxious it must of been the liqueur talking !!! The lady was complaining about how we ordered our subs and told my husband to come back and make it himself !!!!! My husband worked a 12 hour shift and came in and waiting this long and was ignored and treated unfairly!!! I am not happy I was so unhappy I called subway and a man answered after calling 3 times to no response and says we’re open and hung up !!! What type of Customer service is this !!???!??? I called back to talk to subway he told me to come in and hung up on me again!!!!! Worst experience ever and we go here often never had this happen to us until tonight I want this reported to the higher management and I want these people reprehended for the service they gave to us tonight !!!!! Or we will never be back if this service don’t change !! subs so full n slopppy !!

The food isn’t fast but it’s not horrible if u tell them when u want done. But the gas station employee was on something he yelled at the customer in a hurry over him nit being able to ring up one drink we just walked out after getting our subs and didn’t get the drink bc he started fazing out and his eyes got all twitchy and sleepy falling forward, he was not okay and told the other customer it was his fault too when the card reader said waiting on cashier the subway part isn’t horrible though

Where do I even begin with this Subway experience? It was a perfect storm of bad service, poorly made food, and shockingly discriminatory hiring practices. Let’s just say I won’t be darkening their door again.
First off, the location itself is a bit of a head-scratcher. It’s tucked away inside a tiny gas station, which isn’t inherently a problem, but it makes it incredibly difficult to find. Unless you happen to spot the minuscule Subway sign clinging to the gas station’s facade, you’d never know it was there. It’s like a game of “Where’s Waldo,” but instead of Waldo, it’s a lukewarm footlong.
Upon entering, it was clear something was… amiss. The place was packed. Not just busy, but packed. It felt like I’d stumbled into some kind of impromptu hiring event. Navigating through the crowd to even reach the counter was a Herculean task. The gas station itself was also overflowing with people, creating a chaotic and claustrophobic atmosphere.
My friend and I both ordered the Spicy Nacho Chicken sub. Here’s where things went from bad to worse. We had different employees making our sandwiches. My sub looked like it had been assembled by a toddler with a vendetta against sandwiches. It was a mess, completely unlike the promotional pictures or even my friend’s (which, to be fair, looked like it was supposed to look). It was clear there was a serious lack of consistency in food preparation.
But the real kicker, the truly appalling part of this experience, was what I overheard during the sub-making process. The guy conducting interviews (amidst the chaos, mind you) was asking potential employees – and only the female applicants – if they had children. And then, he proceeded to explain how Subway doesn’t like to hire people with children because it gives them an excuse to call off work. I’m not kidding. I was absolutely floored. This blatant gender discrimination is not only unethical, it’s potentially illegal. I was so disgusted I could barely eat the slop of a sandwich I’d been given.
The food itself was equally disappointing. It was clear that the sandwiches were made with little care or attention to detail. It was just… ill-handled and sloppy. The Spicy Nacho Chicken? More like Spicy Nacho Disaster.
Between the confusing location, the chaotic atmosphere, the inconsistent and poorly made food, and the shockingly discriminatory hiring practices, this Subway experience was an absolute disaster. I will never go back. I’d rather eat a gas station hot dog (and that’s saying something). Avoid this Subway at all costs. You’ve been warned.

I went in for a sub the other day and I’m still thinking about the service provided by Moosey. She had such a positive, professional and warm attitude. 19/10 will be back. Definitely an upgrade
