The inside decor and vibe is casual with a good amount of seating/tables and small bar. The drink and food menus have a great selection to choose from. Most importantly the food menu isn’t “bar food”. They have real fresh items to choose from which we’re really excited about!
We’re definitely coming back!
It was obvious to me that the establishment was fairly new, and I overheard that changes and updates were being made, which shows they’re actively working to improve and settle in.
I ordered the garlic shrimp tacos and found them to be very delicious. However, I do wish they had more garlic—I really want to taste the garlic!
I also wish I would’ve tried the bowls, because they looked incredibly good.
The bartender was very sweet and attentive, and took the time to familiarize us with the local area, which made the experience feel more personal and welcoming.
Parker is definitely a beautiful place to visit, and this establishment makes it even more worth the trip.
5 star atmosphere: Love the vibe, love the ambience love the upbeat music. You can tell that they put a lot of heart into the decor.
5 star adult beverages: Had a lemon margarita (cant remember the proper name) good flavor and not watered down in the least. Good and strong!
Sadly our food was another story. ( KEEP IN MIND THEY ARE A NEW RESTAURANT AND IM SURE ARE IRONING OUT THE WRINKLES – hopefully this feedback helps). To start the chips were cold, unsalted and didn’t have much flavor. They seemed to be store bought, which is no big deal, but they can absolutely find something better. The salsa was just ok. Had a mango garnish. We love mango just not on our salsa (and hey, thats our preference). Husband ordered the steak tacos said the meat was good. Tortillas were just ok. I ordered the ceviche. Seasoning and pico was good but the shrimp was horribly over cooked – they were all a gray in color (indicating they were overcooked) and the texture was very chewy. Sadly, its the poorest ceviche I’ve had (and it’s something I order often)
I think they have potential. It’s a great location with a great vibe and service, but they need to dial in the food.
