The staff does not look happy. Or is it because of the look of my face . I do not like to say this but I have a conclusion that the staff is racist or what to call.. walk in the store wait on like for about 2 minutes and no one looks at me or greats me, a white male walks behind me and they greeted him and I am still waiting.
This is not right. I would like to know if race has anything to do with this .
I would kindly appreciate if you follow up with me . I have enjoyed eating at Jersey Mike. I do not want to ruin my experiences and maybe you can make improvement. Thanks

I have ordered 100s of subs from this JM over the years. This time, the sub had so little meat on it. I ended up taking off the top bun and throwing it away, then folding one bottom onto the other to make, essentially, a mini. I paid for a regular. There was more cheese than meat! I gave 1 star for food, because of lack of meat and 1 star for service because some employee thought it was acceptable to put out a sandwich like that.

Sandwich was okay! Never had any issues before at this store but the lady who was working today seemed to have an attitude. She asked me to wait which i kindly did. Asked me to wait again to replace her ingredients. She got upset because I wanted her to take my order quick.She agreesively packed my sandwich and did not even hand me the sandwich. Got no receipt either. Very rude. You need to understand Customers who come are ready to have lunch and hungry and be quick attentive on delivering the Food is a plus. Super bad! Remind you employees to have patience and understanding.

Update: Seems like management received our messages regarding this location. Came in for a mobile order during lunch. Got greeted by a young lady (yes, a simple hello works wonders). My sandwiches were on the shelf, ready to go.
Love Jersey Mike’s but management needs to take care of the staff at this place. All the reviews are true. Staff needs to be retrained or something but I noticed a line of ONLINE orders and only one employee working those orders. The other one just stand around and talk. Come on help your coworkers out knock out those orders and three can sit down and relax..

We ordered 2 sandwiches. One just turkey, cheese, mayo, light mustard. And one number 13 all the way. No oil. A brownie, and a drink.
What we received were 3 sandwiches. A turkey, cheese, mayo, EXTRA mustard. A number 13 with no tomatoes or vinegar. A third sandwich which they may have shoved in just because they started the turkey and messed it up. No brownie. No napkins. And hardly any meat on any of it. I pictured my receipt to show everything that was ordered. The sheer lack if care is astounding.

This was my first time trying Jersey Mike’s Subs. I went inside the store, it was clean ambiance very appropriate but the most important staff was professional and friendly. One of the men helped me decide what to order. I ordered #64 Grilled Portabella Mushroom & Swiss, a giant size sub. Amazingly tasty with grilled portabella mushrooms, onions, green bell peppers with Swiss cheese. Just loved it. I’m regular at a different sub chain but I’ll definitely go back to Jersey Mike’s again.

I walked in at 8:30pm. Sign on the door was lit up “Open.” I walked to the counter and there were 2 employees cleaning. One had his back turned and was putting away the tomatoes and lettuce bins. The other employee was literally right infront of me and didn’t make eye contact or say anything. There was a long pause, so I asked “are y’all still open?” The employee infront of me said, “well…. Kind of!” I just turned around and walked out. It was pretty clear the employee who gets paid to make subs, didn’t want to make a sub. Go figure! I don’t like to be disrespected nor disrespectful, but that service was terrible. I understand a soft closing, where you get everything ready to close down. But an entire 30 minutes before 9pm is crazy. Bad experience & I won’t be back! I guess this is what happens when employers hire teenagers that like to make their own rules… smh

Your worker bradoly made a top notch sandwhich, and faster than the tap of a rabbits foot as well. Never in all of my days have I had such a pleasant experiance in a Jersey Mikes. I look forward to dining here again. Give this man a raise immediatly!!
