I am deeply disappointed that Starbucks is not allowing their employees to wear a mask if they feel sick or if they don’t want to get sick. It is a worker rights violation, and it’s also just weird and selfish. Who goes around telling people what they can and can’t wear, especially something that prevents sickness? I’d much rather their employees have the freedom to choose to wear a mask, I don’t want a barista coughing a sneezing with their hands full. Starbucks needs to get it together.

I heard the management of this store is enforcing Starbucks’ disgusting new policy that baristas are not allowed to choose to wear a face mask, like for example if they feel a little sick but not so sick they need to call off. What a gross and pointless policy. Starbucks is putting more customers at risk of getting sick from baristas who cannot adequately protect themselves. Shame on Starbucks and the managers enforcing this, I won’t be supporting this store.

I’ve been told this shop recently instituted a policy prohibiting employees from masking unless they are sick or request an exemption. This arbitrary and intrusive policy undermines public health and unnecessarily infringes on the ability of Starbucks employees to keep themselves safe. Forcing employees to disclose personal medical or family information in order to obtain an exemption is a violation of workers’ privacy. Unless spreading disease is a core value of the Starbucks brand (and given that they serve food and drink I hope it isn’t) I cannot understand what purpose such a policy could possibly serve. I personally feel better when I see a barista masking. I feel reassured that person probably washes their hands before preparing my food. This is the last straw for me for Starbucks

We had a really great experience at this Starbucks. We came here for the food truck rally and artists market and stopped in to get a little break from the crowd. It was great because we had a front window seat to watch and listen to the band outside. I got my usual decaf Americano and it was excellent. I was very pleased with the service here. The staff was extra friendly and very accommodating. The service was fast and accurate. The atmosphere was very welcoming and enjoyable. You would definitely like it here. I can’t recommend this location highly enough. I would definitely come back here for the great service and atmosphere. You certainly will not be disappointed with this wonderful establishment. Definitely stop by if you are in the neighborhood. I definitely will.

I found out that this Starbucks doesn’t let staff wear a mask unless they prove they’re sick or request accommodation. What a ridiculous policy! Show more respect for your staff and customers than that. Why do you possibly care if someone else wants to mask beyond creepy control of their bodies?

Absolutely disgusting. They’re punishing baristas because of a new policy where baristas aren’t *allowed* to mask unless they’re actively sick or apply for some ambiguous accommodation that can be denied. I don’t want someone sneezing and coughing into my coffee, thanks. There’s something very wrong with these managers pushing an ILLEGAL and immoral policy.

Anything pumpkin definitely want to try the protein shake next time I didn’t catch the barista’s name she had long dark hair with ponytail very sweet I what is a little bit disappointed because I’m in a wheelchair and there’s nowhere to sit and no one gave up their seat so maybe some extra seats for people that have a disability

Picked up my mobile order of 2 Venti white mochas. It felt a little light so I checked the cups. They were both not even nearly full. I think that for the price you charge for a specialty drink they should be filling the cups. I ordered a venti and this amount would have maybe filled a grande cup. Very unsatisfied with the service. This is not the first time this happened at this location either. Your baristas may need to be retrained.

Stopped by the store this morning, usually tend to bypass this location since it’s cafe only. I was taken care of by Lily, and had such a pleasant experience! She had such a refreshing personality, especially for it being early morning! I originally wanted an iced cherry chai but found out that’s it’s gone now, still Lily was so helpful and recommended the new raspberry foam as a substitute instead and it was delicious ☺️ I had such a delightful experience and the interaction with her really set me up in a good mood before work (which was greatly needed ). I have for sure set my sights on coming here more often!!
