This is one of my favorite places to go however this was my first time to this new location in downtown Fresno. Although the food was good the restaurant was extremely hot. To be honest the temperature seem to be the same inside as it was outside. I ordered a bowl and wanted to eat at the location however, It was so hot I had to pack my stuff up and get in my car. I went home to finish my salad because I couldn’t believe that there was no difference in temperature from being inside the building to when I walked outside. Overall the service was very good and the food tasted amazing however I would not be coming back to this location because it’s too hot and in the valley AC is a necessity.

I had a great experience at Hummus Republic. I was so excited to see that they had 4 different hammus to choose from, their food is delicious and full of flavor and their atmosphere is very welcoming. It was my first time there so I was unsure on what to get and how to but a bowl together. Suzie was very knowledgeable and attentive, with her help I was able to put a very taste bowl together. The portions are big. They have in door and outdoor seating.

I am a Flight Attendant and was here on a layover and stumbled upon this gem. I eat out a lot and it is difficult to find healthy places to eat. I love the selections of Mediterranean styles of food and there are so many combinations that you can choose from. There is something for everyone! I will always return as I am today!

Went with my husband to dine in. It was cold outside. Chairs were cold too. Not cozy like other restaurants. The inside is modern, minimalistic, and felt spacious enough. Clean. The employees were nice to us..that’s important:) We got a bowl and shared it. It’s not really my cup of tea, but my taste buds are really picky. They make it look really delicious and colorful and inviting. I always like to try things at least once.

The chicken shawarma tastes bad… it’s bland yet offensive… it’s certainly frozen and reheated unseasoned ‘chicken.’ This is ‘Mediterranean’ in the same way Taco Bell is ‘Mexican.’ Moreover, they definitely skimped on the chicken and stuffed it with rice, beans and vegetables.
Seriously, for $15 go elsewhere.

This place is amazing. And I don’t say that lightly. Sammy was helping us and he took his time to explain everything and let us sample stuff. This is some of the best Mediterranean food I’ve ever had. It is like others say, it’s the Chipotle of Mediterranean food. You have to come try it. You won’t be disappointed.

We had seen the Instagram profile and had to check it out! Food and choices are excellent. Proteins for vegetarian or meat eaters. Falafel is wonderful, fluffy inside crispy out. We did a bowl and a wrap. Both were wonderful. Definitely check out Hummus Republic!!
