Great place to watch the Brewers win. Bought a few pizzas and beers. The bartender shared a shot of peanut butter tequila, which sounds crazy but was delicious. The pizza hit the spot and the atmosphere is top notch.

I should have read the reviews before ordering. Ordered carryout a week ago. First off, They said it would take 90 minutes to make a pizza and a bucket of chicken. Menu said chicken bucket comes with fries. When ordering, I said 24 pc chicken/with fries. When picked up, there were no fries and the chicken was over done. Called to say, order was missing the fries. Response was, we don’t have any fries. This would be something they should have told me when I ordered fries with the chicken.
They told me the owner went away and left them with a shortage of supplies including fries and lettuce. No one knew how to fix the fact that I paid for something I didn’t get. They wouldn’t credit my card. Said I had to come back when the owner was there. I’m never going back!

First time customer trying something new in the area, food arrived timely, but my family received a side salad in a large dish for $8.75. The pasta was so overcooked we couldn’t pick it up with our forks. We ordered fired wings which were soggy and under cooked. When calling the establishment, they said it was due to our distance from Grafton when our residence is right off Hwy43. Truth is this agency doesn’t take pride in there presentation or taste. They blamed the customer. Gave them a chance despite the other bad reviews. They didn’t even offer to compromise or resolve the situation. I understand due to Covid people are enduring hardship, but families in need of a decent meal due to work are due that when spending $60 +&10 tip for delivery. Unfortunately this is our first and last time. In most cases I chalk it up but all the food but the pizza was inedible. 1 star given for the polite delivery guy! Bad customer relations. I don’t expect a freebie but I do expect an edible meal when I order. There’s not much to choose from in the area. Btw this is my first review.

Our pizza was delivered and the attach picture is how it arrived. When contacting John’s about this they were very rude and were not accommodating at all. There only solution was for us to return the pizza and wait another hour to get a new one. The food also arrived cold

We have been getting John’s pizza for 30 years because we think it’s the best around. Not this time! I was told 35-40 minutes, which I questioned because this is way too long at 5:00. The kid said again, 35-40 minutes. When I got home with the pizza, it was cold! Not even warm. This had been sitting in the box a long time before I picked it up. It not only was cold but the middle was doughy and undercooked! The kid also forgot to ask it we wanted fresh or canned mushrooms. His choice was canned, not our choice. He should’ve called. The sausage was the weirdest I’ve ever seen on a pizza. It was like large meatball sausage vs smaller pieces scattered evenly. There was one meatball for every 2 slices of pizza. Hardly distributed well. I even left a 15% tip on a carryout order. I really feel ripped off. If this is the new norm we will be going elsewhere. The kid needs to go!

Don’t expect anything special if you go in person. If you have a delivery made double check with the order taker, I can’t tell you how many times I have ordered from this place and they get the address wrong after being given a very clear address spoken very slowly and concisely.
The manager was understanding but pretty snarky. I paid $29 for a pizza that was delivered to the wrong address for like at least the third or fourth time; and not a single concession was made. Do better.
I will say this was the first time I was able to place and order and the person taking my order wasn’t annoyed or sounding like I was bothering them by placing a single pizza order.

6 of us went for pizza here for the first time. Pizza wasn’t bad, but the experience was horrible. There were only 2 other tables in the restaurant while we were there, and we could see at least 6 employees in the kitchen (typically on their cellphones). Our server barely came back to our table. We never got napkins, utensils or refills on our drinks. We ordered 3 pizzas, one for each couple. Pizzas came out 1 at a time with a good 30 minutes between getting each one. The pizzas were decent, but all came out at different levels of cooked. One was a little under cooked and one was a little over cooked. Our server then went ahead and added a 20% tip onto the bill and didn’t say anything. I noticed and let the rest of my group know cause they didn’t notice. We looked at the menu, and no where did it say tip was automatically applied. If we weren’t so tired from a day of moving our friends into their new apartment, I would have argued the tip, because there was no way he deserved 20%. I absolutely would not go back and would not recommend this place to anyone.
