I cannot believe how I was treated today at the establishment in Crocker. I go to this location a lot and grab food for my colleagues and I. Never had an issue. Today there was a new man at the counter. This horrible man working the counter screamed at me in front of the patrons and the ripped the bags of food out of my hand so hard i had to step back in fear, when i had not showed him my order number yet. He was extremely aggressive, out of line and inappropriate. This is no way to treat patrons and handle a misunderstanding. I am mortified and shocked at this man’s behavior! I explained to him that he did not need to be so aggressive and he just said sorry that’s how i manage…He made a simple transaction a terrible one and I will never go back! Do better BIBIBOP!

Such good food!! We were invited for a free Yelp Elite event and we always call Bibibop the Asian chipotle. The place was clean as to expect from their brand and the staff was very friendly and even hooked us up with a free bowl for my wife because of a register error.
This was the first time I tried the steak and it did not disappoint. The rice was cooked perfectly and better than some other Bibibop locations, maybe because the nice Hispanic ladies were making it as we Hispanics know a thing or two about good rice haha! The only issue we ran into was a group of teenagers had an argument with an older guy in front of us and the cops were called but it didn’t affect our dinner.
We love the area where this Bibibop is located and would definitely go back again!

Looking for something tasty, after a workout or to grab and go? For a little over 10 bucks, this makes sense. I find myself in Crocker Park often, and after a workout a few doors down, if I don’t feel like cooking, this is my new jam.
As the other reviewers note, it has a similar setup to Chipolte. You pick one of three bases. Mixed greens, sweet potato noodles, or purple rice. Each has the calories listed on a placard in front of the item. Next up are your mix-ins. They have a few hot items, such as roasted sesame broccoli and a cold table of cold items, like corn, carrots, cheese, cabbage, egg, etc.
Then the typical proteins. Then a sauce. I like the sesame ginger.
Please note, there is a dollar upcharge for pineapple. Came with my bf, and we must’ve missed the sign. The manager waived that fee though, since I called my bf “extra” when we checked out. Imao.
I have not had any of the typical proteins they offer, so my review is based on the other options (I choose the shredded egg which is on the cold table).
Once a week now, we come here for about $22 together. Great deal!

Fresh ingredients, great vegan options, and tasty bowls! I got a small bowl of sweet potato glass noodles, tofu, extra potatoes, sliced cucumbers, and sesame ginger dressing. Yum! It was only about 10 bucks, which is pretty affordable.

Food is tasty, you pick your base, then the add-ons are different vegetables of your choice, cheese, top it off with the protein of your choice and sauce. You come up with a different flavor every time, its tasty and can be healthy depending on your choices. Kimchi is delicious, if you like Korean fermented slightly spicy vegetables. Their yum-yum sauce is great. A small bowl under $10 is a great deal as well. Worth to try it.

Could someone please tell me if Kale and the rice noodles are considered separate because the guy today said I can have half-and-half And he took some of my kale out of my bowl and then added a little bit of the rice noodles. I thought this was really tacky. Is this a thing cause this is the first time this happened to me or is this just this location? I’m very stingy with the chicken!!! Shut up I guess next time I’ll go to Avon! Because I never heard that you could not have kale and rice noodles This was the first! He may have been the owner not sure!
