Ordered online to be able to run in quickly and get back on the road. Went into pick up and the order had not even been started. There were no other customers, so there was not a reason for the order to not have even been started. Took 25 minutes to get our sandwiches after we went in to ask them to start on the order. While the employee was making our sandwiches, another employee was showing each other personal pictures on their phone. They sure were not worried about the service that we received. If I could give 0 stars I would, I will not be back again.

I rate this two stars because two out of the five customers that walked in, walked out with a full belly. My partner and I had ordered a Baja chicken sandwich with a couple modifications, like add jalapeños and no onions on white bread. Instead, we were met with wheat bread and no jalapeños. Initially, I’m not the type of person to complain about a order since I was starving. However, while eating my wrong order, my partner and I watched John, the worker, disappear for a prolonged period of time. During that time, three customers walked in, waited, and walked out. When we finished eating, there was still no sign of John. Since my love for Quiznos is unmatched and there’s not many Nebraska locations, I am leaving this review in hopes that things change because I need you guys to stay in business for the sake of my taste buds. Thank you.

I love Quiznos, who doesn’t? I go out of my way to get a sandwich or two anytime I one. This one was in Columbus, Nebraska. I guess Quiznos doesn’t have regular stores now, because every Quiznos I have been in is a gas station/ Quiznos. That’s fine but they usually don’t have the full menu. The sandwich was hot and flavorful. I got the chipotle beef. What a zinger! I also got a tuna melt to go. If I have one complaint, it is that this gas station closes early, like 8pm, so get there early.

I hadn’t had Quiznos in over a decade. I got the new Philly they were promoting. It was okay, but not great. They are a little expensive as well. It’s in a gas station, so the atmosphere isn’t great, but it’s not bad either. There’s space to sit and eat. Service at that gas station is always good.

My sandwich was enjoyable I got the chicken carbonara. I do feel that the price is a little high. For what you get. As for service a couple of the people were nice but as far as sanitary one of the employees instructed the other employee that it was okay to reuse gloves after touching money. Atmosphere it’s a gas station nothing special. If your a fan of quiznos you will enjoy it.

My quiznos closed years ago and have been having the urge for quiznos wish they would open one in omaha ne again, but have to drive an hour half away which I don’t regret worth it best subs iv eaten no other sandwich shop comes close prices are a bit high but food quality is superb
