⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Bend In The Road Manchester, MN
My friend Rhonda and I wrapped up my birthday celebration at Bend In The Road, and it was my very first time visiting now I can honestly say this place is a true hidden gem in southern Minnesota.
The atmosphere is fun, warm, and instantly welcoming. The staff was fantastic upbeat, helpful, and genuinely enjoyable to be around. You can feel that this place has heart, and that energy really makes the experience shine.
We ordered the pulled pork nachos, and I cannot recommend them enough. They were piled high with fresh toppings, juicy meat, and perfectly crisp chips. Generous portions and packed with flavor easily some of the best nachos I’ve ever had at a bar.
For my drink, I tried the Mother of Dragons Mule for the first time, and it was absolutely amazing. Smooth, flavorful, bold and now I fully understand why everyone raves about their mule menu. With over 50 handcrafted mule options, this is a must-visit spot for anyone who loves creative and delicious cocktails.
While we were there, the Hayfield Community Cancer Auction Crawl came through, and it completely elevated the night. The women were dressed like Mrs. Roper from Three’s Company retro, hilarious, and full of joy all while raising funds for cancer research and local support. It was lively, heartfelt, and one of the most entertaining philanthropic surprises I’ve ever experienced in a bar.
On top of that, the whole place was buzzing with multiple birthday celebrations, groups coming in on buses, and just a happy, high-energy environment overall. Bend In The Road is clearly a local hotspot for celebrations, outings, and community fun. In the warmer months, they offer live music, outdoor events, bean bag toss, and more making it an all-around destination.
If you’re looking for a great drink, delicious food, fantastic service, and a lively atmosphere especially for a celebration Bend In The Road in Manchester, MN is absolutely worth the stop. We ended my birthday night here, and it couldn’t have been more perfect.

This place has such a unique atmosphere! The food is great. The drinks are fantastic. The bartender Amber was superb! She had great drink recommendations and was top notch! Highly recommend this place. Check out the selection of mules! Oh and by the way they have heated seats for the women… my wife couldn’t have been more happy on this -18 degree night! Top notch establishment. Thank you.

Great Place an pizza !!! Personal flat bread in large too or bread crust style large, seasoned crust. Great choices for toppings. Was an awesome stop. Worth the 30 ish min detour. Evertime.

I stopped by here for Lunch today (7/9/21) while visiting the adjacent sunflower field. The meat lovers pizza was great and delicious. Staff was very friendly. Highly recommend to stop by if you are in the area. Even worth taking a detour from the highway for a visit.

Incredible pizzas and flatbreads … mouthwatering mule selections … and super friendly staff! Be sure to use the loo when you’re there for toasty warm buns as well! (A delightful surprise on a cold spring day !)
