Just stopped in to pick up a Doordash and the store was nicely lit, had good music playing, and while they had a few customers, it was still calm and relatively quiet. Very nice atmosphere. I’ve eaten here before and the food and coffee are both great.
BUT while I was picking up my Doordash order, the person working the counter offered me a coffee for myself. That was so kind! Most places get mad if I ask for a water so thank you!!!!

I used to LOVE this location, I’d get it like once or twice a week. I think recently something has changed and it has gone down hill. I get a chocolate chip bagel. I don’t know if they’re prepping or cutting the bagel without properly cleaning it each time, because now if you get a sweet bagel prepare for it to taste like straight onion. Chocolate and onion is an evil combination at 8 in the morning. I fully get they’re probably busy but at least separating sweet and savory bagels would be best. Also, the twice baked hash browns used to be a 10/10, but now they’re always burnt with the top layer of the hash brown peeling off? I’m not sure how that’s possible either… please fix this 🙁 Staff is always extremely nice anytime you go in, and service is very quick!

Easily the best Einstein in the area. Walked in with my coworker and the shift manager started working on our orders as soon as we told the cashier what we wanted; before we even got rang up. It was done by the time we finished paying.

I have been obsessed with the brisket eggs sandwich since I discovered Einstein bagel last summer. I often enjoy stopping by in the morning around 7am with my husband and daughter before she goes to school. Last year the sandwich would be so full and over following with brisket and egg. Now there’s practically nothing but bread. Which is outrageous when spending nearly $9.00 on a single sandwich!This isn’t the first time this has happened. But this will be the last time I visit this location. Between the skimpy sandwich and the rude customer service I won’t be back. I have patronized the other Einstein locations in the st. Louis area and this is the only one that has such poor customer service ! The picture below is the sandwich cut in half . What a joke.

The food at this store has seriously gone down hill over the last 10 years. Today I got the Texas Brisket Egg Sandwich. I actually got this on an Asiago bagel without the Chipotle sauce. Bagel was burnt. Taste was a letdown. I thought since I had this before at another location that it would be amazing and taste the same. Unfortunately I dont have a picture of the ones I got from denvar airport terminal C location but the one’s from denvar were absolutely amazing with presentation and taste. I got my first sandwitch on the 18th in the morning before my fright and then on my way back home on the 20th I got another 3 sandwiches at denvar terminal c location about 4pm and they were again amazing in presentation and taste. It’s very sad to see a store that has time to make amazing meals and fail to do their job. I have to give all props to the Denvar terminal C location to their entire staff to a job well done when they are constantly busy!!!!!
