The place is truly beautiful. It was our first time visiting with my fiancé, and Raymond took great care of us. He was very energetic, professional, and clearly excellent at his job. When he learned that we had just gotten engaged, he made a very kind and thoughtful gesture, which meant a lot to us.
His communication was excellent, and it was obvious that he goes above and beyond to make sure guests are satisfied and comfortable.
The food was amazing. The cheesecake we had may honestly be the best cheesecake we have ever eaten. It was light, yet incredibly rich in flavor. Our experience was excellent. We would definitely come back!

Update: We love this place, the service is exceptional. My sister is vegan, and most places struggles to find something good, the chef made several things for her and she felt special. We loved everything we had! Great service and delicious food!

My husband and I are newlyweds that arrived at the Broadmoor last night to begin our honeymoon. We didn’t have reservations but decided to have an early dinner at The Sumitt and they were able to accommodate us very quickly.
There was an unfortunate issue at what point in the night with an allergy but the way the staff, management, etc handled it was quite extraordinary. Our server in particular was incredibly kind. All places of business are going to make mistakes but I think the true mark of wonderful customer service and care to your patrons is how you respond. The way it was handled is something you seldom see anymore. 10/10
And the food was delicious too!

The service was truly outstanding. Our server was warm, attentive, and genuinely made us feel like the only table in the room. She struck the perfect balance—professional yet friendly, anticipating our needs without ever hovering. She even remembered it was our anniversary and helped make the evening feel extra special.
The food was exceptional from start to finish. Every dish was beautifully presented and packed with flavor. The absolute highlight, though, was an unexpected gift from the Chef: a silky, luxurious potato purée that was hands-down the best we’ve ever tasted. It was so good we’re still talking about it a week later. That little surprise elevated an already wonderful meal into something magical.

My boyfriend and I have been going here for years – we decided to have a late Valentine’s Day dinner here last night. The food is so decadent and nothing is overly seasoned/spiced. The staff always makes sure to go the extra mile to make your table feel special!
The one thing is that our dinner ended up taking over three hours doing the six-course chef sampler (8:30 pm reservation and left at 11:30 pm). All the food is made fresh, adjusted by season fruits/vegetables, and any dietary restrictions! They certainly made our Valentine’s Day special! We just weren’t anticipating dinner lasting so long and us getting home so late.
Be sure to enjoy this restaurant with no kind of time sensitive plans after the fact because you will be exhausted from all the wonderful food after! Otherwise, we will definitely return again!

By far, it was the best dining experience of which I’ve had the pleasure. Great stroke of luck we happened across them while attending an event in the convention center. With no reservation, they let us order at the bar, then moved us to a booth when they had a cancelation. Amazing food. Magnificent staff who go far above expectations. They make you feel like the center of their world. Extremely accommodating for both a wheelchair and food allergies. The chef even sat to talk with us to be sure everything was perfect. I would make the full day’s drive just to eat here again.

Took my family to the Summit for my wife’s birthday. Great atmosphere, truly professional and friendly staff. The food was amazing. We had the stuffed egg plant pasta, the sablefish with artichoke soup, and our daughter had the kids menu. Only remembered to take photos of the desert but the meals were amazing.
