We’ve come here a few times now and the vibe is always welcoming. The service is good, you go up and order and they bring it to you. We ate at the bar this time, it was good, the bartender was very friendly and attentive.
The food was okay this time, for some reason the flavors from the meats did not come through as much as they usually do. I added more salsa to each bite just so I can give it more flavor, it seemed to miss a bit of salt.
The Mexican rice was fluffy, tasted good with the salsa and sour cream. Chasing all this down with a modelo and a shot definitely made it.
Overall experience and food was good.

First Time trying this place it was actually really good what impressed me the most was the good amount of the meat of choice inside of my burrito. I ordered a Carnitas burrito and it was packed it was delicious the carnitas wasn’t dry it was tender and cooked well i will be returning

Tried this spot for the first time tonight on a whim and it was great. My wife loved her shrimp tacos and I really enjoyed my chicken tacos. I also ordered an espresso martini which I loved and was thrilled when the bartender brought over another one because the first one wasn’t aesthetic enough. That was extremely telling that this establishment takes pride in what they serve. I’ll be returning for sure!

Blue Agave has the best Mexican food around Sac that I’ve tried so far. We eat here about once a week. Everything we’ve had is good but we always go back to their tacos and enchiladas.

The best crispy fish tacos in Sacramento!! I will drive from Folsom just to get these tacos!! The Mano margarita is also a favorite! They have a full bar. We’ve tried crispy carnitas tacos, birria tacos, taco salad, burritos we’ve never been disappointed.

The restaurant is clean and they offer free chips and salsa which is a plus. The tacos were very good but the fish taco would be better without the house salad mix imo. The burrito was mid as well unfortunately. Solid 3 stars for the food but I will have to stop by again to try some specialty items in the future.

(Menudo) I have never been disappointed coming to this restaurant. Serives is fast and great. The food is amazing. I ordered the menudo soup for the first time, and I’m sat the bowl empty when I was done. If you are looking to try it, go for it. Ask for the bone with meat and fat on it
