Great presentation but the food was cold. Not just cool, but cold. I should have expected as much at 11am and it was served in <5 minutes. I've been here for dinner and it was much better. I only ate the beans and fries because they were warm. On the plus side, the cold food will make it easier to pack for home so I can heat it up proper. I wish I had a food thermometer with me to prove how cold it was.
One bite of potato salad was enough, it had no taste so I didn’t bother packing it up to go. Not many options in Morenci and sadly this place is a no-go even if the company card pays for a generous meal.
Had I paid with my own money I would have complained. As much as I hate to leave a bad review for a small business, the fault lies in the restaurant for serving cold, cold food.

So just spent 90.00 on a pick up order. And all th e fries.were burnt the hamburger was raw . I have never had a problem here till now but for 90.00 I want my food to be done right . When I called the restaurant the girl
said I will.have him get back to you back if there is anything he can do . Well I sure hope something is done because I really like there food but if nothing is done I won’t eat here anymore

We were going through the town and some of the locals said to try this restaurant. The 4 of us were not disappointed. My husband and I had the pulled pork, brisket and French fries it was plenty of food and it was very good, our friends had the pulled pork sandwich with fries, very moist and very abundant! The service was very friendly. I would definitely try it again!

I’ve eaten here a few times, and each time the experience has improved. Their steaks are very good size and flavor is great, pulled pork was great, brisket was a little drier than I like, but had good flavor. For me my favorite so far is the Philly cheese steak sandwich, great for lunch. Over good place!

We had the pulled pork, brisket and rib platter. First I want to say there was a plenty of food for both, My wife and I to share, the service was very polite and professional. The atmosphere was very nice. The only one small negative I have to say is the ribs were very fatty and I could not eat them.

Relatively speaking, Tex BBQ has mostly alright food. Burgers and sandwiches here are on par with most places that serve similar foods.
Their BBQ meats are alright, but weirdly they taste like they’re seasoned exactly the same?
Their pizza is god awful. The best thing I had was a full chicken fried steak, but that’s a lunch special. The sandwich version is lacking, somehow, even with gravy.
Service is service. They don’t dote on you and take a little long, but it’s not that noticeable.
The “atmosphere” is eh. The dining area is all the same table on bare walls with Televisions half the people won’t be able to see.

Terrible.
I ordered “The Texan” 5 meat platter. Every meat was way overdone and dry… I think the brisket must have been microwaved (for too long), inedible.
The sausage was actually almost crunchy.

Second time there. 1st time, Philly sandwich 2nd time chicken fried steak. Both were very good with generous portions. Prices slightly high, but quality is much better than other local fare.
