Used the mobile app as I like to make changes to my ordered food but clearly they dont hire folks who have a basic ability to read they may even be blind. I make your jobs easier by taking ingredients off my food and for some reason your employees feel as though I really do need that trash shredded lettuce thats usually yellow and wilted. Not to mention that im also missing 2 whole cheese burgers, it would be nice if you could actually dispute a wrong order like you can super easily at the superior restaurant chain burger king. Looks like we’ll be going there from now on. And I know the reply ill get is that you guys take this very seriously but you dont actually care cause you already have my money thats why us valued customers have turned elsewhere

Garbage all over drive and the nuggets tasted like they was from day before. The soda taste like no has changed the suryup on machine in a week. Do not go if you don’t have to.

How do I even begin. I’m a mom, so I dont get to treat myself very often between work and keeping house every once in a while I like to go out and get myself a treat. However every time I choose to go to this McDonald’s I am met with disappointment and seething rage. They dont know what consistency is. Every time I order a sandwich its different (and I know they have build cards) it can’t be that hard. Not only that but I’m missing something every time as well. Plus their inability to follow a simple instruction. Honestly this place might be my 13th reason.

I’ve been coming to this McDonald’s (Springville) for breakfast for a while now, and it’s quickly become one of my go‑tos. The owners—who also run the Arcade, NY location—have clearly put effort into making this a consistently good place.
What I like:
Breakfast is solid. Everything from the Egg McMuffin to the hash browns comes out hot.
Consistency. Whether I stop in early or a little later, the food quality seems stable—in short, what you expect you get, which isn’t always true at all McDonald’s locations.
