The staff are very friendly and made us feel welcome. My son is super picky but said the burger and waffle fries were the best he has had. My husband got the general tso chicken and said it was very different then any Chinese food he has ever had but he liked it. I ordered a personal pan pizza and I didn’t like it but my niece did. We also shared garlic cheese curds and they were yummy. However, the portion sizes were good and the service is so great, I will definitely be back but will order a burger next time.

This place is absolutely banging. My family and I came here twice in one day and had so many options to pick from. Philly cheesesteak? Amazing. Beef ravioli? beautiful. Crab Rangoon? Fantastic. Hotdog? Brilliant. Sweet and sour? Bangin. Chicken sandwich? Everything ive dreamed of. There was more, so much more that we got and everything was amazing. Shout out to the chefs and the beautiful lady at the register. You are all legendary. Keep up the fantastical work.

Food is good. You order at the counter and get your own soft drinks after paying. The sign said to pick up your food at the counter also but the workers actually brought the food to the table. You can get your own plastic silverware and condiments. We cleared our table and put the plates in the provided tub and dumped our own trash. Employees were friendly. We were confused about the opening time. It said 8 AM, but the menu says 7:30. No customers entered on the day of our visit until 8, so I think that is the correct opening time. Unusual breakfast biscuits. Large slices of bacon.

Only 5/5 stars is an understatement. Just went with my family and it was great. The servers were friendly and when they noticed my pizza was slightly burnt, they offered to replace it (I turned that down since it looked fine and I didn’t want to trouble them). On top of that, the food tasted like it was made from scratch. Not sure if it actually was, but even if it wasn’t you wouldn’t know the difference. Definitely check them out if you’re around

Burgers are 1/3lb handmade patties. Fresh green leaf lettuce, tomato, and red onion. The burger was seasoned perfectly. My husband had the sesame chicken. It was over sauced, too sweet and spicy. Stick to the burger!!
We shared a peach crisp and ice cream. It is soft serve ice cream. It was OK. Crisp was too sweet. the staff were all very friendly. The place was clean.
As a bonus they happened to be having a classic car show the day we went which is what drew us off the road in the first place. I saw most people eating burgers and pizza. The pizza looked really good but we did not try it.

Really good fries and good burgers. Their peanut butter sundae is the best! Friendly staff and really nice inside the restaurant. Lots of things to pick from. Glad there is something good here now instead of it just being an empty building like it used to be. Would definitely come back again!

I was pleasantly surprised. The food was great! I have driven by the White Lightning Restaurant many times but never went in. Well today I found out that it was my loss. The people are extremely friendly. The place is very clean and the food was delicious. I ordered the Bulldog (1/3rd lb hotdog) and waffle fries combo with a drink. I was expecting something like maybe sonic. Man was I wrong! This is a premium hotdog on a deluxe bun. I had them add grilled onions and cheese. I figured it would be a cheese sauce like you find at a convenience store. Wrong again, it was real cheese. The flavor was great! The waffle fries were cooked very well. Perfectly done. I will, without a doubt be back.

I ordered CRAB Rangoon and a cheeseburger with fries. Took one bite out of the Rangoons and quickly discovered they only had cream cheese when our burgers got there I handed them back and stated my concern and the lady said cream cheese was all they put in them and I said well that’s not what was advertised. Did I get a refund? No. An offer for something else? No. Burgers were overcooked. The fries were the only thing that was good.

Why do you offer cashew chicken if you are not going to even put cashews on it. The sauce was translucent with brown specks in it?! Cashew chicken sauce is brown. You all need to pare down your menu and stop selling random things like cashew chicken. Stick to chicken burgers and fries!
