I have ever endured in my life. I pulled up at 8:25 And placed a carryout order for 2 pizzas. My pickup time in the app stated at 9:07pm. Remember the actual store DOES NOT close until 11pm.. So we walk up to the door and it’s locked and nobody in site, so we start knocking and this skinny, long haired guy comes from the back and says we are closed and just trys to shut the door and I was hey we ordered a pizza online and our pickup was at 9:07pm and he stated well we didn’t make it because we close the INSIDE at 9:00pm and shuts the door and walks off!!! I repeat, worst papa John’s ever!!!!

I’m a papa John’s fan but this franchise just ain’t it!
I also am a fan of spicy food but these jalapeño poppers were completely inedible and each roll had the equivalent of a whole pepper in them! I attempted to make them palatable enough for my family to eat and not have them go to waste by removing some of the peppers….. this pile quickly accumulated just from the ones that fell out of them when you opened the roll.

First time customer. I was pleasantly surprised with the atmosphere and by the staff member on hand. She was very sweet and accommodating. I would highly recommend.

I am a Papa John’s fan. But we are here for a family event. I can see the Papa John’s building from my room. So i am like “Awesome”.
No problem ordering it. Website great.
But soon as it leaves for delivery you can watch the car with there GPS. The guy drivers right by us to go 20 minutes into a neighborhood where he is lost cause he drivers around and around this neighborhood.
Watch him sit at a house about 10 minutes. Finally he leaves and heads this way.
Mind you he left the store 25 minutes ago.
So watch him on GPS pull into the hotel and sit on the other side over 5 minutes.
When he finally gets here he has headphones on and could care less. When i confront him about it he says that guy had been waiting a hour. (A hour) so i asked him if he would be happy in the same situation and he dumped our pizza on the ground and walked away. Didn’t even bring us everything we ordered. The store won’t answer.
And the guy is in a company Papa John’s car. I don’t get it.

We had a work function and the bulk pizza order from a different Papa John’s somehow got lost or delivered to the wrong place. One of our co-workers went to 5 different Papa John’s to rectify/ locate our bulk lunch to no avail. It was a $150 order lost. But, this particular store was kind enough to re-make our whole order out of the kindness of their hearts. Shout out to the owner and his daughter for helping feed our group of hungry workers!

Love Papa Johns. Only thing is the last couple of times we got pizza there, seems like a majority of the toppings were in the center of the pizza, not well spread out. Still good though.

The pizza was really good, however it took a long time for them to make it. The bathroom was really see since it blended into the walls and looked like murals. Overall however the service was good and the cashier was extremely nice. It is worth the time and I don’t think it’s too expensive in my own opinion. Overall a 7/10 experience and I’ll probably go back again some time.

This location is AWFUL. Our orders are delivered late 98% of the time (an hour after they’re ready), and it’s not possible to reach management when you need to get an issue fixed. More than once, we’ve had the wrong order delivered. By the time we get our food, it’s old and cold.
To top it off, Papa John’s has terrible discounts/deals, so we’re paying a ton of money for this horrible service. I’m done giving them more chances. I’m done.

I’m not sure who’s setting the prices, but $18 for a 2 topping pizza that’s good, not great at best, is robbery. I’m not sure if corporate just got some offices painted or if they’re intentionally huffing it. Will never order Papa John’s after this one. Little Ceasers tier pizza for 3 times the price
