It’s been a few years since I last visited a Pollo Campero, and wow — it still hits the same! That flavorful, perfectly seasoned chicken brought back all the memories. Crispy on the outside, juicy on the inside, and packed with that signature Campero taste.
Everything was fresh, the service was quick, and the sides were just as good as the main event. It’s hard to find food that lives up to your memory, but Pollo Campero delivered. So glad I stopped in — I won’t be waiting years next time!

If you find yourself around Nashville and you feel like eating chicken with a different flavor than POPEYES or KFC, it would be a good idea to try this place. They serve you kindly, bilingual Hispanic staff who are very attentive and cordial. Their atmosphere is pleasant and clean. Their food is plentiful and made on time, although it seemed strange to me since it is apparently a fast food place, but its concept is more like a restaurant with waiters because you have to wait at the tables for them to take the order, so you should also leave the dishes for them to pick up, since, and here I make a suggestion, there are no trash cans in the entire place, which was uncomfortable for me since I had nowhere to throw the waste, so I understand that it may be so that when they pick up the trash it does not bother the customers, but they should put some in strategic places. The prices seem similar to those of their competition, so take them into account because you will have a quiet time.

My husband says it’s comparable to the chicken at pizza ranch which he likes. Sides aren’t bad just bigger portions then one needs tbh but I had Mac n cheese and it was pretty decent he had coleslaw and Mac and agreed they were decent but he said the coleslaw was better than the Mac to him. I had the spicy chicken sandwich which to me was comparable to Popeyes without the wait

Fried chicken sandwich was ok, but I thought it was small for the price. It barely covered the bun. I’ve had the chicken sandwich from the chicken restaurant around the corner and it was twice the size of the Pollo Campero sandwich. It is always nice to a new restaurant, but we were disappointed.

This is my 2nd time coming to this location! The service and staff are phenomenal!! Everyone was so nice and attentive. The food was amazing, the chicken tasted fresh!! Everything was full of flavor. I live 4 hours away and wish they had one closer to home.

Pollo Campero is good! I can’t believe it’s taken almost 10 years for me to try it. I always pass by this chain and think about going inside but don’t. Today, that changed! I tried the Spicy Chicken sandwich with a side of Sweet Plantains. The seasonings used in the chicken were really good and different from other chain chicken joints. There was this sauce on the sandwich that was so yummy, and I could even taste and crunch on the garlic bits (small, not large) in the sauce. I don’t usually like pickles on my sandwich, but the pickles actually complimented the other flavors with its briney-ness. And of course, you can’t go wrong with plantains. The plantains tasted just like if you were to get them at a Carribean or African joint. Though I had read some of the reviews on GoogleMaps, I didn’t expect much different from another fast food chain, but I really like it. I will definitely come back to try other menu items.

The food is absolutely amazing! I love the seasonings and taste of the grilled chicken. The beans are awesome – I’m addicted.
We all loved the fried yucca and plantain.
They just opened two weeks ago, so please keep that in mind as they work out their systems.
Learned from experience , do Not park to the right of the restaurant; there is not enough space when there are cars in the drive-thru, for you to get by (see photo )
We can’t wait to come back, and we will park more strategically next time
****We’ve attempted to dine here three times since our first experience. 1st, their systems were down- cash only. The next two attempts (and we drive 30 min to get here), they are out of grilled chicken. A whole week between the last two visits and they are STILL out of grilled chicken?
I really have no incentive to try again

We had a great experience here. The employees were very friendly. We had our food in less than 5 minutes. The food was very good. The horchata was amazing. We will definitely be back.
