Sadly, the food just wasn’t what it used to be. The tendon in my pho was rock hard and couldn’t be chewed or swallowed, the peanut sauce was watered down to a literal liquid, and my vermicelli pork bowl tasted mostly like fish sauce. Even the pho broth was more salty than flavorful, missing that deep, rich taste that used to make this place special.
I was really bummed because this used to be one of my favorite local spots. I won’t be coming back—it might be worth driving a little further toward the strip for a truly good bowl of pho. It might be someone else’s cup of tea, but it’s definitely not my families anymore.
I ordered from this place before and was not impressed when it first opened.
I gave it a second chance recently and the noodle and meat portion was STILL disappointing. Why put them in a big box when I can already tell by the weight it’s not worth my money.. It was less than the size of my palm. Broth is mediocre. I will not be ordering from here again and it is overpriced.
I had the Vegetarian with Tofu the vegetable broth was amazing and packed with flavor! Unlike many pho places where the vegetable broth is rather bland! Highly recommend.
My wife had the pho steak and she really enjoyed it as well. Only complaint is that there could have been a bit more steak.
On a side note here the chili oil was really really good! I’m assuming it’s made in house.
We’ll be coming back.
The place seemed very, very clean and the staff was very friendly.
I’ve never not finished a pho or didn’t take it to go until here, unfortunately.
I got the combination pho, and all of the meats looked weird and had a weird texture. It didn’t have very many pieces either way.
The broth looked good, but it was very salty, even without any added sauces.
I could barely get my third bite down.
There were also added credit card fee charges that weren’t really told about whenever checking out.
They also brought the Chopsticks and Spoon in a plastic bag, which I think is a total waste of a plastic bag.
