PS: my wife loved the salad
The Agnolotti di Funghi was my absolute favorite — the filling was silky and earthy, and the sauce with that aged Parmigiano was just perfection. We finished the night with their flan, which was insanely decadent — creamy, smooth, and the perfect sweet ending.
Our server, Clif, was phenomenal — warm, attentive, and genuinely cared about our experience. Service was beyond amazing. We basically left our plates spotless because the food was that good.
If you’re looking for a place in Miami that truly celebrates pasta, this is it. Can’t wait to come back. ✨
For the mains, we shared a few of their pastas along with the beef milanese, which was perfectly done and great for the table. You could taste how fresh the pastas were, an absolute game changer, exactly what you hope for at a place that takes pasta seriously.
Our waiter Cliff took fantastic care of us, making great recommendations and making sure everything flowed smoothly throughout the night.
Can’t wait to come back and work my way through even more of their pasta dishes! ✨
Okay, so I just had dinner at Pasta, and seriously, my mind is still blown. This wasn’t just a good meal; it was like, an experience. I’m still thinking about it!
First off, the star of the show, hands down, was the fresh pasta. Every single dish was just perfect. The pasta itself was cooked just right – that perfect bite, you know? And the ingredients? So on point, everything just tasted so balanced and amazing together. My taste buds were doing a happy dance with every single mouthful.
And it wasn’t just the incredible food. The service was awesome – super warm and friendly. From the moment we walked in, they made us feel totally at home. Plus, their recommendations, both from the servers and the chef, were spot-on. They really helped us pick out the best dishes and wines that went together perfectly. And speaking of wine, the wines by the glass were seriously good quality, and they had something that went with everything on the menu.
The vibe was also exactly what you want for a chill dinner. It was just the right atmosphere to relax and really enjoy the food without feeling rushed at all.
Honestly, Pasta has totally set a new standard for fresh pasta places. I’m telling everyone I know to go there – 100% recommend it! I’m already planning my next visit; I could go back a million times!
We ordered through the Miami Spice menu. We got to try the Calamari Fritti which were delicious and crispy. The Tartar sauce was sooo good, very herby and fresh. The salad was well dressed and had a little spice to it. I don’t love the concept of the whole lettuce leave salad instead of it being chopped, i do see how it looks more aesthetic, it’s just a hassle to cut at the table and can be a little messy
We order the housemade stracciatella and sourdough form the regular menu and it was amazing. the bread was warm and toasted, perfect amount of ‘sour.’ The stracciatella was creamy and delicious, and the olive oil added a nice touch of bitterness.
For mains we ordered the fettuccini verdi and the corn cappellacci. The cappellacci were the best bite of the night. Sweet, creamy pillowy goodness bathed in brown butter and pecorino, which balanced out the dish by adding saltiness and richness.
Ended dinner with the chocolate gelato and the Panna cotta with burnt caramel. Both delicious in their own way, the gelato was creamy and not overly bitter. The panna cotta was creamy and tasty. I’m not a big fan of burnt caramel, but it was delicious nonetheless. Loved Pasta, can’t wait to be back and try more dishes!
