I went in thirsty after working out at the YMCA. It was mid afternoon so I knew I didn’t want anything with caffeine in it. I was greeted right away by a nice gentleman who assured me that he could make me a refreshing tea in any flavor I’d like without the caffeine. He made me a delicious peach mango drink. It was a good sized amount, but it was a little pricey for something with a lot of water and ice. That’s why I only gave it 4 stars.

I was greeted right away. Overall, everything we tried was amazing the tea, coffee and bowl were all perfect! Definitely enjoyed the tea more than the coffee. It seems tea and protein is their specialty! Perfect for athletes and anyone wanting a healthy snack or meal replacement

I should have done my research before going – so shame on me. I was expecting something more along the lines of a Planet Smoothie. If you are a fan of Herbalife then this place is for you. If you are looking for a meal replacement/smoothie shop, this is not the place. I ordered the combo as was suggested by the orange cinnamon roll shake and the roll tide tea. Overall, the flavor wasn’t terrible but they definitely tasted artificial. Will keep them in mind if I’m looking for a weight loss drink spot.

So glad this place is in Alabaster! Their loaded teas and shakes are amazing. My favorite tea is the Killer Strawberry. Gives me good energy without any crash afterwards. The Bora Bora is my second favorite, though.
The shakes are so tasty, too. I’m thankful they don’t have milk in them. The cookies and cream is my personal favorite.
They also offer preorders if you call ahead on your way there. Huge time saver so I can pick up my order on my way to the office!
