We were lucky to eat in this place and everything was absolutely delicious.
The dishes were prepared right in front of us, allowing us to admire the chefs’ performance and fully enjoy the experience.
Everything was excellent from start to finish.

I seldom do reviews.Even if i do its short and brief. On the last day of 2025, i decided to indulged with my hubby. When my dining experience was so satisfying, which left me no choice but only praises.
This was my second visit after a long time. The first was 5 years ago when they just open. At that time it was only their tasting menu offered which wasnt so flexible.
Now under the new team, they also have ala carte menu which i like to curate my own preferences.
Once we were seated, we were greeted by a basket of Artisinal breads and the truffles butter was so good that i requested for a second helping.
The next course was Frogs Legs sauteed with herbs butter. I am not really a big fan of frogs but this was so delicious that now i am a convert. The meat was crispy on the outside and tender inside. The herbs butter were so good that i swiped all the sauces from the plate.
Next came the Prawn pasta. The pasta was cooked al’dente. Prawns were very fresh , crunchy and the acidity from
tomato based sauce was very appetising.
Our next dish was very interesting. Its pan seared Hokkaido Scallops cooked with Orzo. My first time having this tiny pearl like pasta. Its not so grainny like Cous Cous and has better texture than risotto. Very firm and silky smooth and it absorbed all the juices from the crustaceans. My dish for the day.
Followed by Wagyu cheek Bourginon with assorted mushrooms. The meat was fork tender and the red wine sauce was so rich, its like the essence from the bovine. The umani taste stayed on your palate. Very decadent dish.
For our dessert, we had a Deconstructed Mount Blanc. Its a very interesting presentation with all the elements well integrated together in perfect harmony.
By the time we finished, we were so full and can hardly move. The pastry chef came over and complimented us with a Beetroot Sorbet infused with lime and served with Kiwi. It was a pleasant surprise and it wasn’t as earthy as i thought, the tartness really helped to elevate our digestives.
Overall, we were extremely satisfied with this wonderful gastonomic experience. The service were flawless, attentive without being intrusive.
I would highly recommend this restaurant for those who seek for a delectable dining experience.

A huge thank you to Joe, the servers, and the chefs for an exceptional evening.
A soft, calm atmosphere with a touch of French elegance felt in every detail.

We loved everything: the velouté, the gougères, the duck à l’orange, the shrimp pasta, the homemade ice creams, the signature soufflé… Every dish was excellent and beautifully presented.

We had the chance to dine at the counter, right in front of the chefs as they cooked — a true culinary show.

We had a wonderful evening and will definitely be back!

Had an excellent dinner here! Food was exquisite with attention to detail to each dish. Presentation aside, flavours were nuanced, well-balanced, with plenty of depth in each bite.

I don’t have a picture of the beef but it was simply a juicy, melt-in-your mouth cut. You cannot go wrong with any of the items below frankly, but my personal favorite was the capellini and oysters.

An evening of refined indulgence. Attended a collaboration dinner between Glenmorangie and Ch.Dionne 2.0 event.last night.
The food were sublime. Delicate and refined and the service was impeccable. Notable mentioned were the Scallop Capriccio, Salmon Beurre Blanc and their Aged duck w/ seared foie gras. Executed to perfection.
This restaurant was upgraded and is now the most happening venue in town. If U need a place to unwind, this place chilled, fun and full of positive vibes.

I had an absolutely wonderful dining experience at Chateau Dionne. The restaurant truly showcases the best of French cuisine with dishes that are not only beautifully presented but also packed with exquisite flavour.

The beef was seared perfectly, with a caramelised crust that gave way to a melt-in-your-mouth tenderness. The jus added a deep, savoury richness that balanced so well with the creamy potato purée.

The prawn capellini was a delightful surprise — the pasta was delicate and silky, while the prawns were incredibly fresh and sweet, enhanced by the briny pop of roe and a light, buttery sauce that tied everything together.

For the main, the salmon stood out to me. The salmon was tender and flaky, sitting in a velvety beurre blanc with hints of and herbs. Each bite felt both indulgent and refreshing, with little bursts of sweetness from the vegetables that lifted the dish beautifully.

Every dish felt thoughtfully crafted and elevated, making the entire experience memorable. Chateau Dionne is definitely a place I would recommend to anyone looking for refined French cuisine done right.

Let me start with the positives.

First impressions as you walk in is good. Service is friendly and tentative. Even the chefs behind the counter are rather friendly. First taste of the food is yum. The duck is the star of the show.

That’s where the positive experience ends. The toilet stinks worst than any mamak I’ve been to. The flavour profile of many of the dishes are too similar. There’s just too much similar truffle taste across sauces, marinades. It leaves you feeling jelat. The plates have so much residual grease as well.

And finally, to find out at the end that the guy who cut me off as I was making my way to the johns and talked SOOOOO annoyingly loud like this is some road side stall is actually the owner. Sigh I rest my case. You have zero care or respect for your paying customers and no hospitality skills. No wonder your staff snicker behind your back.
