Everything at this food truck is delicious and fresh! We usually get tamales and pupusas. The guacamole is fresh and delicious. I especially like the salsa verde – great flavor and moderate heat.
Note that there are two different trucks, both delicious. Only one has tamales however – our favorite menu selection.

Best authentic tacos in the triangle. I’ve been eating at this food truck for well over a decade. Besides the tacos , the elote (Mexican style corn) is excellent. Friendly helpful staff . Reasonable prices. Always consistently very good

Best taco truck, if not tacos in Chapelboro. Authentic cuisine with slight Peruvian/Chilean touch (great poposas). Finally moved from cash only to accepting credit cards. Somewhat erratic exactly what days the truck is on Carrboro (truck parks in Finches parking lot, across from Harris Teeter on N. Greensboro St in “downtown” Carrboro).

Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this place. Tried the tacos and tamales. Everything was under salted, including the salsas. The tamales were mostly dough and hardly any meat. Will not be coming back here.

Sometimes they’re not careful enough to pick all the bones out their shredded chicken; and it’s cash only. That being said, this is LITERALLY the only taco truck I will go to in town. THE ONLY ONE. Love them!
