My family and I stopped on a Sunday afternoon and there was a line but usually not a bad wait. Today it took them over a 1/2 hour for us to get to the window with only 3 to 4 car in front of us. The other line moved with ease and 5 to 6 cars made it through before we made it to the window. 2 cars in our line left due to the wait. They did not apologize for the wait or offer an explanation. I have gone to them for a long time and this was the most ridiculous wait and service I’ve ever had. They got even got a drink wrong. I won’t be returning any time soon due to service.

The last three times that I have visited this establishment, I have been given a COLD breakfast sandwich. This is severely upsetting when I am trying to eat on the go, and end up just tossing it in the garbage because I would rather not eat a cold egg, even when it costs almost $6. The white pumpkin latte that I ordered the other day was severely disappointing. It tasted like sweet milk, I felt like there wasn’t even coffee in it. It is also very uncomfortable when I am verbally asked if I would like to leave a tip. Even if I am not satisfied with the service, the awkward confrontation always makes me feel uncomfortable and obligated to tip. The more that I visit this coffee shop, the more I am reminded of why I shouldn’t.

I am a regular at another location, and adore and I’ve the girls and service at that location. Unfortunately tonight I was disappointed at this location, I pulled up to the window at 6:30 pm (states online open until 7) and the open sign was on. I sat outside the window for 10 minutes and nobody was inside to be found. I understand maybe beginning to close things up a half hour prior to closing, but it appeared whoever was working tonight genuinely was not paying attention to the drive through line. I ended up leaving as nobody helped me. I love the drinks and me service at my normal location is always amazing, but this was a bit disappointing!

Ordered a 12 ounce apple crisp macchiato and was charged $12.50 because I swapped for dark espresso instead of white & it tasted like a cup of milk. At the Lockwood location I was only charged $8.45 for a 16 ounce for the same exact drink.

Went here this morning and order a red Bull perfect start swirls, 2 green tea frappes, and a sausage sandwich. After ordering and paying they informed us that they were out of green tea base and that it was a seasonal drink. We said it was okay and we can order something else, she seemed rushed so we just told her to give us 2 more swirl drinks so she didn’t have to wait for us to look through the menu. She told us that we would have to pay the difference for the drinks which was a little annoying since we already paid and they didn’t have what we wanted but we said okay and paid. Once we got our drink we agreed they were good drinks but 7 dollars for this? Once I bit into my sandwich it was frozen, the whole egg was frozen. The employee also didn’t seem to thrilled to be there but I’ll give them the benefit of the doubt since it was early in the morning . I hate to write a bad review and be a Karen but my experience was overall disappointing and I don’t think I’ll be going back.

Stopped here June 2022. Got 2 Vanilla lattes, one hot, one iced. Really great taste. They have a lot of clever drink options. It’s a drive through (no height restrictions) and then you can enjoy your order in the open lot. There was only only person working and was taking care of 2 drive through windows. She was friendly and service was quick. Would definitely stop here again.
