I really don’t like leaving bad reviews, but something needs to change.
I know the advertisement is just that, but they not even trying to come close, my Big Bacon Classic had two patties, NO BACON, no onions and very welted lettuce, my wife’s, Son of Baconator had very little BACON. We are very displeased with our order, come on Wendy’s your customers deserve better.

We’ve given this place many chances and they almost always disappoint. They either forget all of your items or barely try when preparing your food. They literally don’t care about good service.

I ordered a cobb salad and some other items and the lettuce was disgusting. Almost completely brown. I called asking to speak to a manager and Kelsey tells me she can compensate me with a burger like really!!? I mean, I ordered a salad for a reason… I just can’t believe they don’t realize the lettuce is bad, if according to the manager, salads are prepared every day “fresh” … customers pay expecting a good meal/service especially after a long day at work. Very disappointing!!

We frequent this Wendy’s and stopped to grab some lunch on the way home. They completely forgot one of my meals so I had to circle around and ask for it. The food all tasted very old like it had been sitting out for a while and the iced coffee I got tasted sour like it was spoiled.

They forgot part of the order and would not give refund for item. GM only gave me until the end of day to return for my missing item.
Contacted corporate and they voiced the restaurant IS ABLE to give me a refund over the phone and it is NOT customary to refuse refund.
Corporate gave full refund and gave complaint to the District Manager.
I will not return and the rating fits the restaurant.
Go to Zaragoza.

They are so rude here and the place is so dirty you can tell they dont pay attention to detail. They are always messing up with mobile orders and half of the staff has no idea what’s going on. Such a shame. But good thing is mcdonalds is across the street.

The restaurant was clean and organized. The staff is so friendly and welcoming. The food was prepared fast but sadly the quality of the patties is absolutely terrible. Nothing like they used to be before. Also the shredded lettuce is not good at all.

Ordered online only for me to have to cancel because the store is “closed” on a Sunday at 6pm. Went inside to order and their first kiosk doesn’t work. The card reader isn’t even lit and there’s no sign it’s out of order. This is a new Wendy’s and it’s already seeming run down. Go to the Zaragoza one instead.

We waited over 45 minutes for our food and had to go back 3 times for our food to finally be made. The cashier claimed to my husband to have given me our food when I was obviously sitting there with nothing. Food came out a mess. Frosty melted. Attempted to serve us nuggets that had been sitting 45 minutes. The most worthless and incompetent experience in a while.

Don’t waste your money on their saucy nuggets. Saucy nuggets are as dry as they can be. They also forget your drinks then their Coca-Cola freestyle machine is basically out of most sodas. The condiment and drink station is deplorable, basically out of everything and filled with trash. It’s very evident this place has poor management. Fries were obviously old and cold.
