Quick service for delicious food just across from college town. Ramen was delicious with lots of broth and protein and noodle options. Basically it’s a mix and match for ramen and other noodles, salads , there’s a lot of different great appetizer options. Restaurant was clean and popular. Handful of people were getting Boba as well

The lady at the front taking your order gave zero advice, seemed like she didn’t even want to be here. Asked for the ramen to be made the traditional way… she just said you have to pick your add ons. The ramen was decent, but not bring home good. Crab Rangoon…. No dipping sauce…. Was not told this. No biggie. Asked for Soy sauce. Gotta pay for that. Wow, what a delicious and elevated, tasty surprise for a small fast fresh place. The ingredients are super fresh, clean, and they put care into their flavors and presentation. We came a few times while visiting Rochester because of their delicious food. Their ube milk tea was the best I’ve had, so flavorful and not overly sweet, and made me come back for more.
For salads, rice bowls, ramen, etc you get to pick your protein, unlimited toppings, type of noodle… all fresh and cooked to perfection.
Shrimp spicy miso wavy noodle ramen – surprisingly delish and cooked just right, shrimp was grilled and had that grilled flavor, cooked just right. Broth was nice and flavorful with the right amount of spice and umami.
Another time, had the chicken over salad greens, and the chicken was SO delicious and tender, just ate that first. All the toppings (like edamame, halved cherry tomatoes, quinoa, avocado, can get them all) were super fresh and yum, especially with the sesame dressing. Everything was just balanced well.
The chicken steamed chicken bun had just the right balance of flavors with the savory chicken and light veggies but with pickled Japanese radish thrown in to balance add lightness and crunch. The pork gyoza, miso ramen, everything was just right and enjoyed by my family. Thank you!

Ordered the shrimp Teriyaki bowl, 2 smoothies and shrimp lollipops. Server from the beginning wasn’t welcoming nor was she informed on what the resturant serves nor what’s included in a dish. Ordered 2 smoothies with chewy pearls and it was made with black Tapioca informed her that it was made wrong and had to pay again for smoothies that wasn’t even made correctly. Never again. Horrible service and my son said this wasn’t the first time they made us repay for thier mistake. Id rather eat at another restaurant where customer service is prioritized. Never Again. There is other resturants nearby that serves better quality food. Trust me with less of a hassle.

Great food and easy to order. They have water for free which was nice while waiting. Food was amazing and good drinks. Got the pork belly with miso and one with pork bone broth, the broths were amazing.
The only problem is the sticky tables even though it wasn’t a humid day, it was uncomfortable to sit at and felt dirty.

Some of the best ramen I’ve had! From what I know they make their own miso broth over several hours instead of buying instant miso, and it definitely tastes like it. Pictured are the pork belly ramen with wavy noodle and pork belly buns. Boba was gud too, came in a nice sturdy cup that can be reused.
