Don’t take me wrong, I love the pizzas of this place but the system really needs to be updated, I ordered my pizzas to take out an hour in advance and the employees made me show them even my bank account to see if it was true that I had my order, apart from the fact that I ordered all the pizza with pepperoni they gave me only half, it was on K Avenue where I buy frequently, the pizza is incredible but the service has to improve

I ordered pizza, breadsticks, and churros expecting low fast food quality given the price and speed. It was so much better than I anticipated. The pizzas were loaded with high quality toppings. They weren’t greasy. The dough tasted very fresh. If you order their side dips you get a decent sized container instead of the tiny packets other places give. The churros were so delicious and very fresh. And on top of all that, the staff was very friendly and helpful, and everyone was wearing proper ppe.

I don’t even have to say a word , look at the picture . When asked about it, Noelia said that’s the amount of cheese that they are suppose to put on the pizza (of course with an attitude). At this point just close the whole business down. When the service is bad and the food isn’t good, why take people’s money ?

I had a great experience at Pizza Patrón on K Ave. This was my first experience at their franchise and I was not disappointed. Sure, all pizza is decent pizza but this one was excellent for the price. My advice to the naysayer’s is to go in without high expectations. At the end of the day it is franchise pizza but, in my opinion, the best franchise pizza.

Personally, I love this place. It has a top notch flavor. They are consistent with their food quality and are always nice no matter the person that helps me. They have their training down. So far have come plenty of times and have never been disappointed. I compare this up there with papa johns. Better than pizza hut, little caesars, and dominoes. But comparable quality to papa johns for me personally.
