Pizza was soggy and misshapen (weirdly) and had the wrong cheese which is a huge problem because my kid can’t eat cheddar cheese. Spoke with the so-called manager and sent pics. Got no response in return. I know it’s cheap pizza so I don’t expect much. It’s never been this bad, I guess I see why their stars keep going down. I won’t order from them again

Our Pizza’s were unacceptable because of the amount of grease pouring off of them! I asked for them to remake the pizzas just so I could go pick them up and find out that the remakes were even greasier! There was not no refunds offered.

This is an edit to my original review. I have noticed that they use considerably less cheese on their pizzas , and if you order extra cheese, that counts as a added ingredient. People notice this sort of thing .
You basically pay quite a bit more to get what used to be the basic item.
Dominos has great deals, if you can navigate their system. Online ordering is somewhat difficult, and there are countless attempts to increase the order before you can get to the end. Sometimes you simply have to call in an order, because the deals are too difficult or impossible to obtain online.
Latest update 12/29/25: I am sitting here in Domino’s waiting to get my carry out. After 15 minutes, I have learned that they have not even started my pizza. In fact, the girl admitted that they haven’t even started because delivery takes priority over carryout. It seems like this should be first come first serve. They are still light on the necessary amount of cheese.

If I could leave less than a star I would. The “tracker” app provides a frustrating peek behind the curtain. My dinner was stuck in “quality control” i.e., sitting in a box, for over 40 minutes before it was sent out for delivery. Then the delivery took twice as long as the estimated time. Not surprisingly, the food was cold and downright terrible. That very well may be the last time I order from Domino’s. I microwaved frozen pizza roll would have been 300% better. It was that bad.

If I wanted Imo’s Pizza (St. Louis Style), I would’ve ordered from there. I went to this Domino’s because the one on Clayton Road constantly makes their pizza too thin and with bubbles in the crust. I was hoping things would be different at this Domino’s, but they have the SAME problem. The crust was also very dry, lacked the correct amount of sauce, and was almost as thin as St. Louis Style Pizza. I don’t know why Domino’s is struggling so much with quality, as their pizza is typically very tasty. However, for several months, I keep getting thin cracker pizza, instead of thick crust, which is what I want. Food is very expensive these days, so it’s incredibly frustrating when it isn’t done right. Please work on quality and consistency across all Domino’s locations. I understand that we’re in St. Louis, but not all pizza should be St. Louis Style if that’s NOT what the customer ordered. On a lighter note, the service and location was pleasant at the Big Bend Location. Service is also always great at the Clayton Road Location…however, please stop making thin crust pizzas when that is not what the customer ordered.

There was barely any cheese on my pizza. I asked for light sauce and there was basically more sauce than cheese. Also a ton of little hairs all over the pizza.

Picked up my order today. Looks like expired bread used for breadsticks. Thin and tasteless. Pizza was just supposed to have normal cheese. It has so much cheese it’s hard to eat.

Man the guy at this Dominoes putting the toppings on my pizza didn’t wear gloves! Yuck!!! And when I asked, he said he was the manager! I thought that was required by law? I then went to Pizza Hut and they do wear gloves as they add the toppings!

Decided to get a LG 3 topping carry out deal they had going on. Pizza was done extremely fast, and was piping hot when I picked it up. It tasted delicious as always, but this time I chatted up with a few of the counter employees. One employee named Timothy K was extemely nice, and a very pleasant person. I think he was the manager, not sure. But they made this pizza absolutely perfect, check it out!!
