I’m from Houston, TX and these have been one of a kind. Been living here 3 years and NEVER found a good pupusa but let me telllll yalll, these are AMAZING! Yes they’re 4$ each but 1 equals 2 IMO. They’re big and one fills you up! They’re filled with good quality cheese and meat! Not greasy at all! 10/10! Our go to spot!

Please do not order at Mary’s Food Truck through Grubhub. Apparently they don’t do business with the company, but their restaurant is still a Grubhub option. We scheduled an order 45 minutes in advance and drove 20 minutes only to be told they don’t have our order. I ended up getting a Grubhub cancellation a couple minutes later. We didn’t want to wait another 20 minutes to have our order made so left irritated.

My first time experiencing Mary’s taco truck was yesterday and the tacos were so good that I had to double back again today! I got the asada tacos and I enjoyed every bit of them. The meat was well cooked and the portions of meat on the tortilla was fulfilling! I love the authenticity of this place as well! The customer service was impressive, they actually interact w/ you and is kind. They are located on the Washington & Cemetery (Elkridge). I can’t wait to explore more of their menu.

I loved Mary’s Food Truck so much that I went back the very next week just to order the exact same thing! The staff is incredibly friendly and welcoming, making the whole experience even better. The portions are absolutely massive — I was able to eat off the same plate for three days! The atmosphere is exactly what you’d hope for from a great food truck: casual, lively, and full of good vibes. If you’re looking for delicious food, generous portions, and friendly service, Mary’s is a must-visit.

Y’all when I say this is some of the best Hispanic food I’ve had outside of the little church ladies shark tacos in Tijuana, I ain’t kidding. 4 tacos with some really good steak for $14. Food was awesome, this place deserves more business.
