Food was okay had the tuna salad sandwich and it was a bit under served on the bread, flavor was good. Also had the Ruben and it was supposed to be a hot sandwich and was served cold???!

Better than Subway! Waffle fries with cheese and the carrot cake are my personal favorites. Fresh sandwiches and baked potatoes are very good.

I was over charged at this restaurant and when I tried to question my total the cashier -named on the receipt as “Guillermina” was extremely rude and I knew it was going to be a losing battle. Perhaps it’s the company itself allowing employees to act like this but I need some explanation as to why two people eating cost $35-$36 and the sign clearly notes some items as included as meal and we were charged separately for everything we got. We will never come back to this location. I was treated awful as a customer and cried before eating because I don’t have the most money in the world and wanted to take my daughter out to dinner. It was a truly memorable experience as far as the company is concerned.

I’m from Michigan. I try to eat here every time I’m in the area. I miss it. This is my favorite sandwich chain. I wish there was one in Grand Rapids, MI. The bread and the waffle fries are my favorite.

GrubHub, Door dash, Uber Eats, Post Mate Drivers be ware. Do not go to the Hungry Hobo. Their customer service is very poor. They will get rude and nasty and are definitely another place that don’t care if the see you thinking you are a driver they ignore you. Val is actually a Manager and gets very nasty with the driver despite your kind attitude. She snatched things from you and gets in your face and gets a very nasty attitude with you. I let the customer know, GrubHub Support and have not gotten a response back yet but tried leaving a voice mail and emailed corporate about the incident.

Used the online ordering to get 2 sandwiches, a cheese fry and a nacho supreme. Placed order 20 minutes before pick up. Had to wait another 35 minutes after pickup time to receive food. Got home fries were ice cold and there was only 6 in there. H steak sandwich didn’t have cheese on it. Nacho supreme was also missing ingredients. Staff was didn’t care and kept using the excuse they were too busy. There was several other people waiting also but nothing drastic. We have eaten at this location 25 plus times and we will never go back again.

I ordered a regular sandwich online two days ago, and when I tried to pick it up the manager told me they never got my order. I looked at my bank account today and I was still charged for the sandwich. I even double-checked to make sure I ordered at the right location.
Update: I contacted corporate and the gentleman on the phone got back to me very quickly. He was very professional and reimbursed me.
Just don’t order online, you’re better off calling in to place an order.
