Absolutely delightful restaurant with a wonderful small town atmosphere. They make an amazing gumbo and their NOLA style shrimp is a must try too, yum! Was not disappointed with anything. You really cannot go wrong with anything you order here! Great service and great food!

This was an awesome little place that we tried close to an Airbnb that we rented for a night. The atmosphere was fun and friendly. The food was very tasty, though just a little over cooked for our liking. The flavors were spot on though. We will definitely go back if we are ever in the area again. If you’re driving past and are looking for somewhere new to try, this place is worth checking out.

Well we made the 30 mile drive to check this place out after hearing great reviews, so our expectations were quite high, but we were highly disappointed. First I want to Say the Service Was Great with just a couple small things. We were told we were Lucky as they normally had a line out the door so we felt good that we made the right decision ,Then disappointment started When I ordered our Drinks, The Beer I ordered was a Mich Ultra Light, I was told that was the Last Bottle of it, But they did have it in draft ( I don’t drink draft unless its the option) Then we were also informed of a fairly large list of Menu Items they were out of, One of those being the Shrimp Jammers appetizers that I really wanted to try, So Oh Well, SO my Wife ordered the Philly Steak Sandwich, and I ordered the Steak Sandwich, both with Pub Chips. The food arrived within reason, But to say we were highly disappointed is a understatement. Mary’s Sandwich had 75 percent more bun than filling, and it was just luke warm, and my Steak Sandwich filled the bun a little better, but not much, and the Steak sandwich was also luke warm, and neither were of any type of presentation quality, looks like they got thrown on the basket on top of the Pub Chips. The Pub Chip were very tasty, but they were way over seasoned, and I put salt on everything. So Overall not the experience we were looking for, We will always give them a second chance. And again the Service was Good, and I tipped our Server very good, as the disappointments were not all her fault. I have attached Pictures of our sandwiches so you can be your own judge of how they were served…

Fast and friendly service. The food was good but not great. That being said the restaurants only been open for a short time and I know it takes a while to work out all the kinks and bugs. I would still highly recommend you stop in here and enjoy a meal.

We sat outside while dining in. The waitress was great, and very friendly. The food we all ordered was boneless wings, ribeye (was a little undercooked but was good), and steak sandwich which is a new york strip. We all enjoyed our food and the kids said the fries were the best fries theyd had ever. The steaks seasoning was great and flavorful.
Update: I have eaten here 3 times since this first review, the 2nd and 3rd time, the food was amazing aside from the 3rd time my baked potato was undercooked, but no big deal the steak was amazing still! My son and I just ate here this past friday, we both got steak, I always get ribeye, he eats new york strip. Both of our steaks had ZERO seasonings on them, I had to use a-1 to eat the few pieces I did try and I never use steak seasoning when a steak is cooked properly, mine which I order med rare, was rare and I couldnt even cut it. Both of our potatoes were not even warm, best part of our meal was the little side salad you get. I spent $50 on food that was absolutely horrendous No I did not complain or send my steak back, we were in a hurry and I didnt have time to deal with it, I just got a to go box and took my food home to the dog.

We love eating here and the atmosphere but here lately two of the servers we go to specifically have wait on us have been forced out. The girls there now are rude, don’t check on you and are proudly serving burnt or cold food and we visit at least once a week sometimes two and spend about $100 each trip. If this continues we will not return. Very disappointed with tonight’s visit. Picture is supposed to be a hush puppy and both orders were made twice and looked the same and catfish was over cooked on the outside and almost raw on the inside.

Great place to have a beer and some lunch. The crawfish begneits were very good. The gumbo was ok. Wings were ok.
