Small local bar with great service and great food. Prices are pretty cheap. Heard the Ruben was great but i guess its only once per month so I had the patty melt and it was good, fries are very good too.

I frequent the Baseball Tap and genuinely enjoy this bar. The atmosphere is great, the crowd is solid, and the owner seems to be doing a good job turning the place around from what it used to be. It’s a cool local spot, and I want to keep coming back.
The food itself is actually very good, and it’s clear the chef is talented and knows what they’re doing. When the food finally comes out, it’s consistently well-prepared and worth eating. This makes the ongoing timing and prep issues even more frustrating, because the quality is there.
Unfortunately, food service has become a serious problem. Simple food orders routinely take 45 minutes to over an hour, even when the bar is not busy. These are items (basic bar food items) that should realistically be coming out in 10–18 minutes. At this point, it’s gotten to where I almost don’t order food anymore because of the wait.
I’ve also been there multiple times on Taco Tuesday and other promoted special nights, only to find that they run out of meat very early. If Taco Tuesday is being promoted, there needs to be adequate prep and inventory to support it.
This place has a lot of potential, but meal prep planning, kitchen workflow, and food timing need immediate attention. Long delays with minimal crowd levels are not sustainable, and customers will stop ordering—or stop coming altogether—if this continues.
I’m sharing this because I genuinely like this bar and want it to succeed. Please address the food supply and timing issues soon, because if nothing changes, you’re going to lose loyal customers.

The servers are attentive and accurate! Super friendly as well. Food is on point. The smoked corned beef is the best I have ever eaten, by far! Everything about the Reuben was exceptional… The, not one, but two Swiss cheese slices, 1000 island dressing, and kraut were in perfect proportions to that heavenly meat! Moist…moist…moist!!! Nice, tasty, and thick swirled rye bread. The price is cheap. Ryan can smoke that meat like a master. It’s a must visit, and I highly recommend it for great food and drinks at an affordable cost. ✌

I had an event to cater and ordered all the fixings from The Baseball Tap, brisket, pulled pork and pulled chicken. The smoked sides of mac n cheese and baked beans were killer! I received multiple compliments over my catering choice! My wife and I also are regular patrons at the bar for their corned beef, my favorite, and smoked wings. Awesome job to Ryan!

I really like this place but on Thursday night the service went to hell in a handbag. When a bartender is on the phone for 30 plus minutes and you wait over 30 minutes for either another drink or the bill it is a problem. There are some great staff but when they are off shift it is every man for himself. If it were my place I would tighten it up a bit for sure. .

I have never had a smoked corned beef Reuben until tonight and let me tell you, it was beyond words! There was so much meat on that sandwich and it was so tender and full of flavor! I highly recommend! My husband had the brisket Philly and it was the same! 100 stars! Best smoked meat around!!

Great atmosphere, friendly, welcoming place. I didn’t eat when I was here, but if the food tastes as good as it smells, it too will be 5 stars.
Staff was kind and attentive, always came to the table before we needed another drink.

HOLY COW!!!! If you have not been to Baseball Tap in a while (or never), you need to get there! The new owner, Ryan, makes some of the best smoked meats in town. The smoked brisket cheese steak melts in your mouth. The service is outstanding! Once the weather gets nice the outdoor seating is a wonderful space! Go eat some amazing food now!

My first time here left a lot to be desired. First time there on June 5. I was meeting up with a friend to play bingo and eat. I do have a service dog. I couldn’t even sit down without the waitress on my case about my sd. I told her she’s a sd and she’s medical alert. I still wasn’t allowed to be in there and she said the boss told her for me to get out. I tried to talk to her but she wasn’t having it. Couldn’t even get a drink or a bite to eat so can’t even rate that part. Went somewhere else and was treated really well.
