First visit here as a meet up and we loved every moment. Plenty of seating ,open bar area ,and additional outside seating. Located right in the heart of downtown lots of sites to see here. The food fusion of Jamaican and spices were very good. My favorites were the macaroni and the cheesecake for sure. The tower of indulgence is great for trying a little something of different foods on the menu. Overall, flavors were great dishes were presented well and we all enjoyed our meals. The breezy bowls are not only pretty to look at, but they’re tasty with balanced flavors tossed and teriyaki. Vegetarian dishes are an option as well. They have food flight specials throughout the week, which I would love to come back and try.

The workers were very professional and I highly recommend to come out for a family outing, event, date night ,or solo lunch. Restaurant is nice and clean and there is a park right next to it to walk off the food!

The food had no seasoning. It was cooked well except for the potatoes which were undercooked, but no seasoning! Really makes a difference on eggs and steak tips. Very disappointing. Also the floor cleaning machine should not be left in the eating area. The smell emanating from it brought to mind a cat litter box. It’s a shame because it really is a nicely decorated restaurant

We were pleasantly surprised by Magnolia Breeze’s vibe and really enjoyed the food. It’s definitely on the more upscale side of things… so the prices are a bit higher than your average, but the cooking and quality of food really showed us why. The pineapple bowl was amazing and the wings were really good. My sister enjoyed her pernil sandwich as well. We’ve been trying very hard to find a place that stands out to us as “better than your average” around here and Magnolia Breeze showed us that it did exist! Staff was very attentive and kind. We will be back… and hopefully for karaoke next time.

If you cannot cook breakfast right, I seriously doubt anything else could possibly be any good! This place is one and done for us. I will start out fair… The location is good, and parking at the park is right there. Full stop. It is confusing because there are four entrances. We entered from the back where the steps are falling apart and spongy, and came in just wondering where do we go. We made it through restaurant when an older lady eventually had us pick a seat. Decor really needs rethought. Golden girls set is what it felt like. After seating, 10 minutes later (I did time it), server came. We were given two totally flat diet Cokes. Wife ordered steak and eggs medium rare, I the biscuits & gravy with eggs over medium. Did I mention there was only ONE SERVER for whole restaurant? She did it all…soft drinks, bar tender, and would be in kitchen with lone cook. Food came out pretty like everyone’s pictures, but it was horrible. Wife’s steak was well done plus, and all the mushrooms and egg picked up the charred taste of over cooked steak. My eggs were also cooked to oblivion. The edge of the eggs were cooked into a rope strength. I tried my best to cut with fork, but the fork was cutting into me. It was a super cheap steel with sharp sides… Which obviously made a lasting impression! The sausage was store bought patties, and the gravy was as plain as possible with zero seasoning. All this time, the place is slowly getting customers, and there was a wedding party arriving. Did I say ONE SERVER? super pricey for bad quality. Our clue should have been us getting there about 10 am on Saturday, and it was empty. Why, because they open at 730. No crowd means the locals know! There was no sense in trying to complain, because they charged us for the dead Cokes. I left hungry and seriously disappointed. At least the dogs ate the scraps.

Open and airy, with wood floors and high ceilings. The staff was very friendly and attentive. The menu had a wide variety of food to choose from.

Iliana’s service & spirit are as beautiful as her restaurant and stunningly plated delicious dishes! We will stop here EVERY chance we get while in Eustis! The ingredients are fresh, the flavors are outstanding, & I honestly can’t say how GORGEOUS the presentation is! BEST rice and gandules I’ve EVER tasted btw!

We dined at Magnolia Breeze tonight, April 12th and had a great time. It was not busy at all which we were surprised about. Our waitress was very attentive and kind, but I forgot to ask for her name. We started out with the mac bites as an appetizer and they were super addicting! The chilli sauce that comes with them truly added another dimension of flavor. My parents both got the filet tips (I didn’t get a photo of it) and they loved the way the filet was cooked. My brother got the pork belly tomahawk which came out with an amazing presentation, this thing was MASSIVE and he enjoyed it. I got the avocado jalapeño burger which was also very delicious, but not spicy. The drinks were delicious and I even got a coffee flight which was great to try new flavors. While we came for dinner, this place would be amazing during brunch which we definitely need to try! Highly recommend this place. The atmosphere and vibes were great as well. Glad I stumbled upon this place! Thank you Facebook for the suggestion!

After waiting 10 minutes (almost leaving) we were finally greeted to be seated. Ordered Cuban sandwiches that seriously lacked meat, didn’t even have the mustard or pickles they were supposed to. They were barely pressed & very cold. Menu price was $15. We paid more with no upgrades. Beers are seriously over $5 here. The only praise I can give is the taste was good (after receiving cold mustard & pickles). 1st & last time we’ll be here. We’ll try it again when it once again becomes something else.

It was a really great experience. For a party from 8 to 12 w no notice: they were able to accommodate us and get us in & out in no time. Chris brought such a great energy to the atmosphere and made some really good recommendations.

The fried snapper and espresso flight were phenomenal. The arroz con grandules was delicious!
