I was looking for a caffeinated drink nearby after lunch and was relieved to find this Starbucks. The service was friendly and quick, and the inside was clean. The cafe latte I ordered was creamy and had just the right kick. I also noticed plenty of parking in front of the shop, making it an excellent spot for a quick coffee break.

This was the first Starbucks I’ve gone to that customer service wasn’t exceptional. I was the only customer there and possibly one of the first of the day (Aug 24 @ 6:35am) The two employees working were not the least bit welcoming or friendly. The bathroom was dirty for being so early- most likely wasn’t cleaned from the day before. However, I ordered my iced chai latte with pumpkin foam cold cream- and it was made well, very delicious!

I always get my morning coffee from this Starbucks, and it never disappoints! Huge thanks to RAE she always welcomes you with a warm smile and a quick, pleasant chat. She even gives helpful suggestions if you’re unsure what to try, and her recommendations are always on point. It’s the little things like this that make my mornings better. Great service and great vibes! I highly recommend this place!

I come here really often, though the past 3 times I’ve come in I get my order messed up.
Each few times, I ordered a Venti drink and they give me the smallest size ever.
It happened yesterday, again. I couldn’t say anything since I was in a rush.

I’m really impressed with the customer service at this Starbucks. While reading here for about 30 minutes, I’ve observed the staff consistently greeting regulars by name and new customers with warm welcomes. The overall vibe is very welcoming. It’s clear that if there were previous issues, they’ve done a good job addressing them today.

So disappointed. My grande cappuccino looks more like half a tall. No foam. Cold soggy petite scone. Saw them get an order wrong while I was in there – just convinced the poor guy to take what they gave him. Worst Starbucks experience in a long time. Won’t be returning.

Always spell your name wrong and they’ll put your item in the completely wrong letter section so you’ll be standing there waiting around, unable to find your item for 15+ minutes while your coffee gets cold in the wrong section under the wrong name
