Terrible customer service. I waited for at least 10 minutes to pick up pizza and was never acknowledged and no other customers were in the store. Probably at least 7 or 8 people working. They told me they were out of garlic dipping sauce and then he proceeds to hand me ranch dressing. I asked if I could get my money back since I already paid and he tells me it’s the same thing which it clearly isn’t. Won’t be back.

Don’t order here. I always have problems with them. Pizza is either Always burnt or with bubbles without toppings. Lava cakes never have powder sugar on them, and are hard and rough * i added photos to their gallery*

Not sure if it’s a Domino’s thing or just the individual store. But it lacked sauce. It was straight crust and cheese. The crust also tasted and had a texture similar to frozen pizza.

Pizza taste different every time. To be blunt. I say yuck!!! Kids might like it. Adults should know better. They need to go out of business. Pizza should be tasty not smell like stinky feet. I ordered medium pizza. Paid extra for stuff crust and white sauce. I got red sauce instead. Call them to let them know there was a mistake no answer. Had to leave message. I am unable to go to drive right now to go to location. Your system sucks. You can talk to someone to order but not if you have a concern. Will not be going back. My first time ordering your pizza in years . Now I remember why I stopped.

Do not order here! Order was placed and when driver arrived asked for payment. When I already paid online. Driver said he had to return to store to get correct order. Then they cancelled my order after charging me. Just order Mexican food! I went to Aliberto’s! Spend your money wisely and definitely not at the vallejo dominos! I travel and have had my fair share of Dominoes tater tots. After opening the box, I should have immediately asked for a refund. But I was hungry and went on my merry way. The tots were all lined up in perfect rows, weird, and the very little cheese and bacon that were present were completely scorched. I like some burnt ends but the whole meal was crisp. No melty stringy cheese and extremely dry. Convenient food has really gone down in quality and not worth the money, poison, or being sick in bed for two days with vomiting, diarrhea, and a headache.
