The food was horrible, I ordered fried pickles n they forgot to fry them. I ordered an ice tea that was charged and they did not give it to me. The wings came with more sauce on the box than the wings, ranch was also forgotten and 70$ down the drain. Not happy

Ordered food on December 25 at 6:20pm. After paying for it, website said that my food would be ready 11am the next day. UNBELIEVABLE!!! So I decided just to keep the order and pick it up the next day. I tried calling them at 10:30am to let them know that I will not be able to pick up my order until 12pm. Called multiple times until 11:30am and no answer. So I figured they must be very busy. So I walk into the restaurant and it was empty. I talked to the to the tall young lady with pink hair. I explained what happened with order. She said that they received the order and asked me if I still wanted it. I said yes but that I wanted it freshly made. She gave me an attitude and said “that’s not what I asked you”. I would highly recommend people to go somewhere else for wings. I work to hard for my money to be treated this way.

I never had a Bdubs tell me it will take 10 minutes just to take my order. I swear I’ve never had any restaurant tell me it will take 10 minutes just to take my order. I was so disappointed with the attitude I got just cause I wanted to eat at one of my favorite restaurants.
I’m starting to doubt if I’ll ever go back to this location in Melrose Park ever again.

I am writing to formally complain about my experience at the Buffalo Wild Wings Melrose Park location today.
I placed an order at 5:10 PM on my mobile app for pickup at 5:50 PM. I arrived at the restaurant around 5:45 PM and waited for over two hours. During that time, I never received my food, never received any updates on my order, and my name was not properly displayed on the pickup board. At one point, my name was erased entirely.
When I attempted to ask the young man at the register for assistance, he was extremely rude, dismissive, and unhelpful. The only response I received repeatedly was, “Do you want a refund?” No effort was made to locate my order, explain the delay, or assist me in any meaningful way. I was also very patient because I was aware it was very busy due to the Bears playing so it was extremely busy.
After waiting two hours, I left without my food. I had children at home waiting to eat, and I returned empty-handed due to the lack of service and communication.
This experience was unacceptable and very disappointing. I am requesting a full refund for my order. Additionally, I will not be returning to this Buffalo Wild Wings location due to the poor customer service I received.
Please confirm when my refund has been processed. I appreciate your prompt attention to this matter.

I wanted to try their burger because I’d heard good things about it. I went to the website to see if this location sold burgers since it was a “Go” restaurant. Well, in my search I read a few bad reviews but since I was in the area I figured I’d give it a try. Well, they lived up to every bad review they’ve gotten. Thankfully I didn’t waste my money here because I never got the chance to order. I walked in behind another young lady, as we were checking out the menu board one of workers yells hello from the back, but after a 10 minute wait, noone ever came to the front counter to take our orders, so we both walked out. It’s obvious the owner doesn’t care about the poor rating because nothing is being done to turn things around.

I ordered Boneless wings with Doritos sauce. There very Stingy with the sauces. The wings barely had sauce and the fries were salty. We pay for the sauce. I placed my order online trough the app. It said my order would be ready at 6:50pm. My order wasn’t in the lockers or my name on the screen, when I got to the store. I asked one of the employees for my order. She stated she had to remake the order because someone probably took the order. The staff was gossiping instead of helping out. They completely ignored me. Need new management and employees. Will be heading back to Elmhurst better customer service. Save time and Don’t stop at this location.

Rating 3 stars for the good customer service i received and properly cooked / seasoned food my fries were perfect and the new garlic honey sauce should honestly be a staple on the menu however the cost to wing ratio is ridiculous. I paid $12 for 6 pigeon size wings and a small fry. Now I remember why I stopped coming to Buffalo wild wings , they are NOT how they used to be in the early 2000s , small expensive wings and the breading has changed over the years.

the first time i went was okay. however the second time, my order took so long and seemed like everybody else were waiting for a while too. i had a wing bundle with a fountain drink and they told me the drink machine was broken and that I would have to talk to someone else for a refund and that they couldn’t give me a bottled soda bc it was more expensive… so i got no drink and was still charged..& when I got home and opened my box, the wings were cold and looked like they just drizzled a little bit of sauce on it rather than mixing it up like it’s supposed to be.
