Drive thru is intended for quick service. When you have the same person taking orders and making orders. Food service is slowed down. I sat at the drive through wondering if the intercom even worked but after 2 minutes someone eventually took my order. Then I sat in the narrow drive through in which I scraped my rims to finally get to the window and understood why production is slow. You have one person doing st least a 3 person job. My gummy smoothie good but expensive.

I went to Jamba Juice on Security blvd. The day before I requested apples and green smoothie with tumeric. The young lady said they no longer had it. So I asked what did she have. On the list was vitamin C and I chose that. Went the next day and requested the same thing..another young lad said they don’t have vitamin C they have multivitamin. So I am concerned I asked what was in it. They had no idea. Made no attempt to find out. They were flip and dismissive. But if what I drank would have made me sick…they would have been accountable for more than ingredients. I loved coming here and hadn’t been in awhile…wow what a difference. Before the staff was very polite,friendly and knowledgeable. Not recommending this location.

I use to love this place. Unfortunately, customer service sucks when you have to constantly repeat your order multiple times at the drive-thru, then when you walk inside your looked at as if you have two heads, like the customer did something wrong. I’ll go elsewhere where they can get my order correct and I don’t have to repeat it two and three times. Good Luck everyone!

Dont sell menu item because it includes pork. This is a religious and cultural choice but it sucks because I love their sandwiches and it is a staple menu item :((((( Customer service is good and the woman explained they dont sell it because it is pork. Disappointing honestly because jamba juice isnt a halal restaurant and by not serving that menu item they are limiting options for the consumer.
