I went to subway for dinner and the bread was like toast. Dry and hard as a rock and falling apart. This subway has to be the worst subway in the world. I will never go back there again.

The only reason I think one star is warranted is because Bev was very nice, helpful and professional. The other employee who did not have on a name tag was very annoyed at 6:30P.M. that customers were coming in, eye rolls and all. Lettuce was bad, they have one side of the cooler down and nothing seemed fresh. Hard to say a sub was bad but it was. They are understaffed all the time, workers are over worked and crabby every time I have been in. I called just so the manager is aware, he too seem annoyed by my feedback and told me he had customers. This location has went way down hill since it became a corporate ran location. Save your money and the mood kill and choose a different location!

Dine in is fine cause you can watch them, but ordering online for pickup is very disappointing. My order was not only wrong but utterly gross, like the meat was sitting out all day and spoiled. I couldn’t eat it.

Honestly, this Subway has horrible, uneducated employees. I literally got yelled at for returning my subs ( the bread is way too stale and hard) . The employee ( young kid with curly blonde hair/ glasses worked mid afternoon shift Monday 10/6/2025) As absolutely refused to make me another, fresher sub. His attitude/ friendliness is just very poor. I felt bad for the girl working with him. I was literally told to shut up and quit talking. Not only was the bread still the vegetables were wilted and I also got sick the same afternoon after eating part of my sub I will never again eat from the subway branch. There is just no need for poor attitude and service like I got. I will never eat at this location again. Unfortunately Subway is definitely going downhill who is employees behaving like this. So unfortunate.

I would drive 20 miles just to go to a different sandwich place instead of ever going here again. Ordered a BMT which has salami, pepperoni, and ham and instead got this monstrocity of a bologna-only sandwich that was a HUGE mess. Paid $10 and threw it directly in the garbage. Wrote in to ask for a response but didn’t hear back. Never again.

Every time we order from this location we are disappointed. Absolutely horrible service & the quality of the food is just as terrible. We’ve given this location multiple chances from mobile orders to in person. Last week it took us 45 mins to get a mobile order for 2 sandwiches. When we went to pick it up the 2 girls behind the counter FAUGHT about who printed the ticket before either of them even started it. Today we mobile ordered and our sandwich had so much mayo on it, it was inedible. Absolutely disgusting. We don’t think we’ll be back.

I was here just before noon and the young man working (I didn’t catch his name, he had longer blond hair pulled back with a bandana) was so calm, even with a line of about 6 people and 11 sandwiches to be made from online orders. He didn’t make much small talk with people ahead of me, but he did with me and was very friendly. Struck me as a nice, mature person who knew not to stress about the online orders and to just do the best he could do. The sandwich I got was very well made and was a special treat for me as I don’t eat out for lunch very often.

Not sure what’s up with the bald guy that works during the day but he has the worst attitude ever. Clearly he doesn’t want to be there and is so short-tempered. Please sigh one more time. The younger guy that helped me last Thursday was fantastic. He is friendly and makes a great sandwich.
