SLOPPY service. ZERO attention to detail!! I ordered online the Chicken Teriyaki with fried rice. In the extras column, I selected: veggies, & sauce, electing to pay $1.10 more for the veggies and $0.60 more for the sauce. They brought my order with the chicken served up on a load of cabbage with one stalk of broccoli — NO rice. I called the restaurant and asked them to replace it. They spent 10 minutes arguing with me about how they didn’t read the order the way I placed it. Fine. You made a mistake, but you still need to replace the order. They didn’t want to do that so I will be disputing the charge with my card company. They have lost my business forever. They had the opportunity to fix this, and make it right. INSTEAD, they took the bad impression cemented in my memory.

I’ve been going here consistently for about four months now and while my experience used to be great, it has now been disappointing the past four to five times. The beef teriyaki is my go-to order, yet every single time I’ve ordered it recently, every piece of beef is chewy and inedible. This is a huge disappointment because everything else on the menu that I’ve ordered has been good, but the main dish is never satisfactory.

Do not order beef and shrimp teriyaki. We’ve paid $11 for each order & got only a few frozen shrimp and couple slices of overcooked beef. Staff is nasty, they act as if they own the place. Will definitely not come back.

I ordered shrimp fried rice with veggies. The fried rice was flavorless and basic. The shrimp was good. The veggies had broccoli it was tasteless no seasoning at all. I asked for yum yum sauce and they told me .52 cents even though I just spent $12 I could t get even 1 yum yum sauce nor did they put any on my rice.
I as initially asked for extra teriyaki sauce but if the amount they gave me was extra then 1 drop would’ve been the original amount. Very sting service. The atmosphere was basic and bland.
I do not recommend this place. Unless of course you like plain bland food or you wanna pay extra for sauces to doctor it up.
There was plenty free parking.

I visited today and I ordered chicken teriyaki and fried rice. Honestly, I don’t get the complaints here. I had a very pleasant experience today. The food was flavorful and delicious. The rice was cooked perfectly, and the chicken was as good as I remember it. The cashier was very kind (I can’t remember his name). I highly recommend it!

Customer service was terrible got my order wrong. Manager is terrible she going tell me what she messed up on the order as I’m looking at the wrong order. Didn’t receive none of the items I paid for. No spring rolls in the bag. Alisa was rude and hung up the phone on me. Only was willing to replace half of my order.

Not what I expected. The place was smoky and smelled like burnt food, which means the ventilation isn’t cleaned regularly. The cook was pulling triple duty, putting rice and veggies into the containers as well as coming around the counter to put the food he just cooked into bags and handing them off to customers, all while the cashier just stood there looking dumb. I asked for shrimp teriyaki (no sauce), white rice & vegetables. I got a mountain of rice with shrimp looking crazy on top. And then when I told the cashier that he didn’t give me my veggies she went back to the food prep area and touched the veggies with her dirty handling money hands. So now I have to find somewhere else to eat because I’m not eating this garbage. Waste of $10. Won’t be back.

Our carryout food was ready on time and hot. Store could be cleaner. Our Teriyaki chicken, shrimp teriyaki chicken, miso soup and Shrimp tempura was tasty.
