Unbelievable. I can not explain how poorly managed this DQ is OR how they still are franchised. No customer service, no quality, and they could care less about how much of your time that they waste. Don’t waste your time, that would be my advice. However, if you still go there, at least the rats around the dumpster will keep you entertained while you wait for your food.

Not sure how this DQ Star City,Wv even stays open not only is it the slowest I have ever been to but the quality is the worst. I ordered a snickers blizzard… I basically got a cup of vanilla ice cream.all they did is scoop a few teaspoons of snickers on top the ice-cream and put a lid on it. No care in a job your paid to do.

Ordered a special ordered ice cream cake for daughter’s birthday on Thursday. Arrived today at scheduled pick up time to find the store was closed and never opened. Had no choice but to go but a different cake. Thanks for spoiling her birthday.

i’m not one to write reviews on places but oh my god, i went through the drive thru and ordered a kids meal and a backyard burger, i waited 20 minutes in the drive thru, no one behind me and no one in the store, not only did they only hand me the beckyard burger, but didn’t give me the kids meal, i had to ask them where it was, then they didn’t give me my fries or my drink. i drive off and find out they gave me 2 backyard burgers instead of the kids meal, but hey im not complaining about that.

If I had the option to rate my experience at this Dairy Queen zero stars, I would. Every time I’ve been to this Dairy Queen, I’m “served” by the rudest staff and the slowest service. Tonight, the only thing the cashier said to me was $6.97 (I didn’t even order anything, I grabbed a to-go treat from the refrigerator). He was mumbling under his breath. I recommend the owner cleans house and does a better job at recruiting if they want their business to succeed. This place is THE WORST!

Waited for 10 minutes at front. Was never served even after being seen. Reading the recent numerous reviews of 1 star, this staff and management needs to be replaced ASAP. I will be contacting DQ corporate to discuss this.

First I want to say that I love Dairy Queen blizzards! But this blizzard was the sloppiest mess I have ever seen. The ice cream was 2 inches above the top of my cup. I didn’t make it 100 yards before I had 10 steady drips coming from all around my cup. My tongue couldn’t t keep up with all the slop that was cascading down the cup onto my lap and seat of my car. I happened to be driving so I couldn’t do much. I had to pull over at the next gas station so I could take about 7 scoops of ice cream off the top and clean up everything. Over all the blizzard was 5 stars but I had to knock a few stars off because I ordered a cup of ice cream not the mess they gave me.

I ordered 4-4 piece tender baskets *to make an 8 piece basket* yesterday for my co worker and I. When he arrived with the food, the fries were soggy n cold, the tenders were very crunchy and cold, so I went back today to inquire about it and I told the mgr that 2 6 piece baskets would be fine that I didn’t want to order the 4-4pieces and she ok I that’s fine. I was willing to pay for the food, I just wanted it cooked fresh, she said that’s ok it was mistake. Well upon getting my *corrected food* she only gave me 1 6 piece basket-so now either I do without dinner or he does-I am done with this place they can’t get anything right!!!! I mean yes I could have went back, but then one of them would have probably done something to my food, so I just went back to work!!!

Last night, June 19, I visited the Dairy Queen on Memorial Church Drive in Morgantown, and it was by far the worst experience I’ve ever had at any Dairy Queen. I waited over 20 minutes for my Blizzard while multiple customers who ordered after me received theirs before mine. Eventually, I had to walk up and ask where it was. When I did, the blonde girl at the Blizzard station barely acknowledged me, muttered “I’ll get it,” and then slowly dragged herself over with no urgency, no apology, and no respect for the fact that I’d been waiting patiently. When I finally got my Blizzard, it was half-melted, as if it had been sitting off to the side the whole time. Not only was it completely unsatisfying, but it also tasted like it had peanut butter in it—something I didn’t order at all.I had come in after a long, exhausting day just hoping to treat myself. And instead, I was ignored, dismissed, and served a melted, messed-up order by employees who clearly couldn’t care less about doing their jobs properly. I may not make a lot in my line of work, but I still show up and give effort. The same can’t be said for this crew. This location is unprofessional, slow, careless, and borderline disrespectful. If this is how it continues to run, I truly believe this franchised Dairy Queen will be shut down in the next couple of years. It’s only a matter of time before enough customers stop coming back—just like I now plan to.

Slowest place I’ve ever been at. Several different occasions I’ve left because of slow service. Workers have attitudes and don’t give a damn about customers. Workers will stand there and talk knowing customers haven’t been waited on. Most are young girls with bad attitudes.
