They delay way too much! It took 40 minutes for them to even take my order. Though the good is tasty, the service was dreadful. While the staff was hustling, the manager kept socializing (telling personal anecdotes) with Doordash delivery drivers, while the queue kept growing. This is very telling of the kind of leader he is and how Dunkin values service.

9/25/2025-I’m getting my car serviced at a local shop and thought I’d pass some time here. $8.00 for coffee and a donut so this is a treat for me…. The staff needs to greet people when they walk in and acknowledge them…….. “Hello….I’ll be with you shortly”. After reading the reviews the management needs to hire more people and make your drive-up more efficient (PUT THE ICE BIN IN A CONVENIENT LOCATION FOR YOUR DRIVE-UP EMPLOYEE…..THEY SHOULDN’T HAVE TO WALK AROUND THE CORNER FOR ICE…..THIS WAS MY OBSERVATION WATCHING THE EMPLOYEES SERVICE THE DRIVE-UP). If you really want to make some improvement, watch your employees from the “order here” place and think time is money .

The service by the 2 guys working today was good. They were helpful about what was on the menu. The drinks we ordered tasted excellent. Dunkin’s quality, taste and prices are better than their competitors. Only McDonald’s coffee comes close, but they quit serving bf at 10:30 AM. Dunkin serves bf all day!

So i usually dont get dunkin so im not that familiar with how the coffees taste and i ordered a mocha coffee and accidentally they gave me a iced caramel chocolate it was very sweet i asked for a iced mocha redone instead and so i got the mocha and left and i opened my donuts and realized i got a assorted pack that i never asked for i got a jelly a vanilla filled when i would never ask for those because i dont eat that. i was already driving away so i had to turn around and go back and ask for the donuts that i ordered. When i walked in the store every single employee was talking bad about me and how i didnt know what i wanted and was mocking me . they didnt know i was there thats including the shift manager. so the store manager came to help me and did so. but this was a very rude and not polite-full experience i will definitely not be going back and going to the one next to zabxys instead. They made me feel very uncomfortable when i was being very nice about everything and usually hate to ask employees to redo something.

I visited for the first time earlier in the day to buy coffee and the experience was excellent. The service was great, the staff was friendly, and my coffee was hot and exactly the right size. I left very happy.
Because of that good experience, I decided to come back the next day in the afternoon before leaving my review. The employees were still respectful, polite, and professional, which I appreciate a lot. However, this time the coffee I received was not the same quality: it was lukewarm and the cup was filled almost only halfway. I chose not to say anything to the person who helped me because they had treated me very well and I didn’t want to make them feel bad, but I do think it’s important to mention it here.
Overall, this is a good place and I see potential for great service every time. I’m giving 4 stars only because of the coffee on my second visit—if it had been hot and filled correctly like the first time, this would easily be a 5-star review. I hope this helps the team improve, because I would like to keep coming back.

I was able to purchase the very limited Wicked Box, but they had no Wicked Munchkins. When I asked why, they said they were discontinued. So why are you selling the tins if you have no Munchkins to put in them? That was disappointing, but at least I got the tin. They also didn’t have blueberry Munchkins, which was again disappointing. So I got the two Munchkins I didn’t even like, but I got my tin. My coffee wasn’t made exactly perfect, but they were busy. I give leniency when people are busy even though I order always on the app. So it’s right in front of them in advance. It could have used a little more cream and a little more sweetener, but I carry extra sweetener for that scenario just in case. So I’m always prepared

I have been stuck in the drive through for 20 mins and haven’t made it to the speaker. there are 7 cars behind me. despite the long wait time and long line of cars an employee decided they needed to take a smoke break. i don’t see how that’s acceptable. i have no way to turn around or I would. I’ve already wasted all this time so im getting my coffee but I will not be back.

Very very very poor management need the number for corporate zishan is the owner of this one and others and he rly need new district mangers and general mangers Tara is very rude her and her daughter works here and if anyone says anything the her daughter she lets you go without a conversation being had. Mangers care more about the stray cats and raccoons in the back of building then they do the workers very unfortunate along disappearance of the tips the whole store need to just restart and get help.

On a family trip to the area, we stopped at this store to get some coffee and stuff for the kids before we head home. We were the only one at the store, two nice attendants at the time.
one star review for cleanliness, the place looked trashed, counters occupied with a ton of marketing propaganda, ALL trash can to the max in and outside of the store; all tables were dirty; the bathroom smell pretty bad. Our order took a descent amount amount of time I’d say. Pretty sad, with such a beautiful and recently renovated building. Store needs more attention.
