Unimpressed with the taste of this pizza. Led to believe it was good. I give it a 4 out of 10. Worst pizza I’ve had in years. Guess they just don’t know what real pizza is supposed to taste like. The older woman was very polite. The young miserable girl was rude.

Rarely do they answer the phone, especially if you call within an hour or 2 before they close. Pizza was good up until a few months ago. Older lady was nice, the other was rude like we were bothering her. I’m done with that store. I understand people have bad days, but it’s been consistently getting worse. If you call 10 times… they might answer 4.

We ordered at 8 and got there at 8:40. When we got there we were told they were just working on our order. Which is fine considering they were busy, but when we got our order, our cookie was burnt, wings were cold, and our order that consists of 3 large special pizza was just 2 large and one medium. We were told that it’s a large pizza in a medium box only. But without measuring it, the size difference was very noticeable.

The food is always so good. The young girl with the long hair, Judy, she is always the nicest. Her and the tall, slim guy are such a good team! His name is Wesley. I’ve seen them slammed before, and they zip right through it like butter! They need to make sure they keep them 2 and treat them right! I highly recommend the cheeseburger pizza! It’s my new favorite! YUMMY

Have tried this location 3 times over the last year. Each of three orders took at least 45 minutes longer than promised, and all were incorrect when we finally did get our food. Finally, when asked to correct the orders, the employees acted extremely annoyed that I dared request them to correct their mistakes. Never again.

Well I decided a while ago to not go back because they couldn’t get the order right when I called it in but they added the online ordering so I tried again. Yet again they got it wrong. I double checked my order and confirmed regular pizzas ( cheese and pep). Because I know the area and assumed the workers were a lil slow I made the order for an hour out to give them plenty of time. I got a cheese pizza and a half pep half burger. Not what I ordered. So I will write that location off. Too many chances and nothing but disappointment.. I live 30 minutes from this location and 45 from the next closest so no point in asking them to correct it after i get home.

Took an hour from the time I placed my order online until I finally got it. The workers were so unprofessional and rude and could not give me a straight answer of how long it would take. When I was finally told it was ready, they attempted to give me my order without my pizza. Finally left with my food after a full hour. The pizza tasted mediocre at best and the garlic bread (if you can even call it that) tasted like rubber. Everything about this experience was horrible. I will not be returning.
Update: I called to ask for a refund as the food was inedible. The manager refused to speak to me on the phone and had the associate tell me that they would only refund it if I drove back to their store. When I stated that I would not be driving back over there, they rudely told me to call the 1-800 number online and ended the phone call.
