I’ve been coming to this location for a long time. The food and service was always a five stars. They hired these two employees, and lately has been poor service. The food prep and gone down and customer service is not what it used to be.
I will continue to be a customer at jersey mike’s because they are the best of all the sub chains. I use to go there four days aweek, but I won’t be doing business at this location ever again.

This was one of the best subs I’ve ever had. Never had a Jersey Mike’s before. I’m from Canada and wanted to try Jersey Mike’s for the first time. It was succulent, the Jersey Shore Favorite. The service was friendly and knowledgeable. 5 stars all around.

Multiple times I have ordered online a number eight and multiple times I’ve put no mayo in all caps and multiple times. I have gotten mayo on a sub. Terrible terrible restaurant should be shut down for bad service. You need to fix this ASAP. I would like multiple free subs in case of my terrible terrible misconception. I don’t know who you guys are hiring, but you need to get on it now.
