We have always enjoyed this establishment, although our most recent visit did not meet the usual standard. I contacted customer service to address the issues we experienced, and I later received a return call from the owner, Melissa.
I sincerely appreciate her professionalism in listening to my concerns, offering a genuine apology, and taking steps to make things right. I understand that mistakes can occur and certain details may occasionally be overlooked, but I felt it was important to bring the situation to their attention as a learning opportunity for the staff.

I had a fantastic first visit to Chicken Salad Chick! They offer a variety of delicious chicken salad flavors with fun names like Fancy Nancy and Kickin’ Kay Lynn. I tried the Fancy Nancy with a side of broccoli salad, and both were absolutely delicious. The broccoli salad was sweet and amazing—I could easily have it again!
The restaurant was clean and inviting, and the staff was incredibly helpful, especially for a first-timer like me. They took the time to explain the menu and make recommendations, which I really appreciated. Overall, a great experience—I’ll definitely be back!

This was my first time at this restaurant and I had heard good things about it, but the visit was even better than I expected! The store was extremely clean and the service was exceptional. Tori went above and beyond to help me as a first-time customer. She explained everything about the food menu and how everything worked. The food was outstanding, and I will most definitely be recommending and coming back again.

I’ve been here a few times. Always had a great experience with my food and service. But today…. I went in and order a BLT with no blt items on it…which in theory is dumb but I liked how they toast it and didn’t realize I could just do a normal sandwich. That’s not the issue, the issue is the insanely rude what I assume was a manager confronting me about this. I’m sitting waiting patiently for my food and this woman comes up to me with a look of anger and disgust on her face and says “You can’t order the BLT with no bacon” I told her I was sorry and didn’t realize and had done it a few times so that’s why I had done it. She continued to have this look of disgust on her face and the rudest demeanor while speaking to me. She basically made me feel as though they were accusing me of trying to scam them or genuinely doing something wrong. I told her this and she quickly said she didn’t mean to make me feel this way. But obviously this woman had no social ques or any idea of how rude she is. I’m a paying customer and if it was a misunderstanding, speak to me nicely. This woman has no business being in the serving industry with her lack of social awareness and rudeness. Lost my appetite this woman was so rude and accusatory towards me.

Ever since hearing of this concept I have looked forward to trying it as chicken salad is one of my favorite dishes/sandwiches. I expected it to be pretty good since this is what they specialize in. Like many chains, you walk to the counter to order and they bring the food to you. I was met by a young lady that seemed to prefer to be elsewhere but took my order with several questions. There are several versions of chicken salad to order, I ordered the Cranberry Kelli with wheat bread which had cranberries and almonds. The sides were somewhat limited and I went with the pasta salad. The food was delivered fairly quickly. The chicken salad did not disappoint but the bread was probably the surprise and highlight, it was very good. The pasta salad was somewhat forgettable and you also get a small icing covered cookie with your order that was pretty good. I was a little surprised as I watched them busing tables, they picked up empty food cartons etc, but never wiped down a table and mine had lots of crumbs left behind to me. The chicken salad was good, the rest of the experience was ehhhh.

I’ve been trying to get here ever since they opened – worth it! Food was tasty and fresh. I had the Fancy Nancy chicken salad on toasted wheat, the Chicken Florentine soup and the grape salad. Everything was awesome! If I was going straight home to my refrigerator, I would have bought a few ready to go packs to take with me. I definitely want to try the pimento cheese later also! So many yummy options for anyone that loves chicken salad – “your” kind is sure to be here!
