I’ve been going to this jimmy johns for years and nothing beats this location! The toppings and meats are always fresh, very clean and calm location, most importantly the atmosphere is very welcoming and refreshing. Also the manager, Amari is over the top! he needs to OWN this place! way to go, Mr. Amari!

The sandwich is always good but the customer service and delivery stinks. It went from freaky fast to super slow. I ordered a sandwich today and that was told would make it to me in 15 minutes and I end up waiting 45 min. Very disappointed. I end up taking it home because it wasn’t here when it was time for my lunch.

I come in here about once a month. I usually eat the bootlegger or the beach club. The bootlegger is roast beef and Turkey with lettuces tomatoes, provolone, etc, or any way you like it. The beach club is Turkey and provolone with avocado and anything else you want to add. You can order regular or “gigantic”.
The food is always fresh and delicious, and the staff here is always welcoming and friendly, never seen the staff have a bad day.
Only complaint is prices are a little high and you can’t see when your sandwich is made so you dont know what ingredients are available or how much of each ingredient is being added. I like to watch my sandwich being prepared so I can increase or decrease lettuce or other ingredients.
5 star for service, 4 star for prices and not being able to watch the prep process of the sandwiches being made.
4 star overall.

if you want your food made correctly, don’t come here. i have a dairy intolerance and they put cheese on my unwhich. that was easy to take off (thankful i didn’t eat it). but that wasn’t what frustrated me the most. they did not include any of the items i asked for like the jimmy peppers or onions. so i basically got a lettuce sandwich with pickles.

It’s really hard for me to understand how I can place a mobile order, get there in about 20-30 minutes, and then walk into all the employees on their phones (and nobody else in there, may I add), or not paying attention at all whatsoever. I tell them I have a mobile order and they look at me like they don’t know mobile ordering exists, then tell me “it’s coming right up”… Why do I mobile order then? To wait the same amount of time AND STILL get my sandwich made wrong? Yeah no, don’t even try to ask me for a 20% tip ever again, not in this economy, with that attitude.

After 1yr I tried again… paid for extra meat on an un-which… received minimal meat. Also slacking on the vegetables, where are the vegetables? I even added extra vegetables…. Not worth the money. Better to make your own.

If I could give 0 stars for everything I would. SEVANA and her other coworker who has dreads was absolutely rude when they got my whole entire order wrong. She called me a liar right in my face to the coworker. This place definitely could do better. It’s a shame because this was my first time trying it and they absolutely ruined it for me.

This location is being mismanaged. They ran out of bread at 11:45am and blamed it on a a catering order. If it’s a catering order, they knew about it in advance. Atleast 5+ people turned out and left. This is a SANDWICH shop. I won’t be back in this location lol

They definitely prepared my sandwich quickly, all the ingredients tasted fresh. I will be back to try some of the other menu items. A good alternative to the other sandwich shops around. There is very limited parking around this area.

This place is .9 miles from my house and still managed to take about 40 minutes to deliver 1 sandwich. And they can’t even manage to cut it when I’ve asked every single time. Get it together guys
Consistently the slowest Jimmy Johns we’ve ever been too. 25 minutes to get a sandwich and an unwhich.
Not sure who is doing the training on assembling an unwich, but this isn’t it. This was a hard to eat floppy loose lettuce taco. As yes I know the proper way to eat an unwich, I pulled this out of the wrapper just for the photo. It was only half wrapped to begin with any how.
