Place is super nice; food tasted good but the service is not that good. Food came out a different times for the table, and we ask for limes and extra dressing and was not brought to us. We had to ask someone else. Waiter disappeared until the end. We got a phone call from a Manager to ask about our experience and he was super nice and apologetic, so hopefully this was a onetime hiccup. We are waiting on an email with an offer to come back and give it another try.

First time going to Lupe Tortillas & it was amazing. I am SUPER picky when it comes to Tex-Mex/Mexican food so I’m not passing out 5 stars for anything. I went there because it’s where my book club was meeting, so they have a room off to the side away from the main dinning areas. They also have a nice patio area. The building is beautifully thought out, from the small details to the divided dinning spaces. The waiter Jillian was nice & very attentive. The food was amazing, we went during breakfast so I haven’t gotten to eat their dinner menu but I definitely will be back too! The only recommendation I would have is to have some pictures of the food on the menu because the description doesn’t do it justice. The portions are big, my friend got the blueberry pancakes and they were HUGE, she literally shared them with several people & still had some for a to-go. The building & the bathrooms were clean.

I placed a door dash order for tortilla soup and shrimp enchiladas.
When we received the order, we received tortilla soup and some other kind of soup, but no enchiladas.
I contacted the dasher who stated the bag we received was how the restaurant prepared it.
I then contacted the restaurant and the manager of spoke to confirmed that the order I placed was correct, however the kitchen staff read my order as shrimp stew instead of shrimp enchiladas.
There was no attempt to resolve my issue other than being told to call DoorDash, even though the restaurant messed up.
Now, I understand that DoorDash is the one that handled refunds but when I spoke to the restaurant I felt even the slightest gesture of maybe a coupon or something would have been enough to show they took accountability rather than putting the problem back on DoorDash.
I then contacted DoorDash and was told since the restaurant admitted they messed up, I would need to contact them which makes zero sense.
It was not 1030pm. Restaurant was closed, never got my dinner and I’m out $28.
Just an unpleasant experience all around.

I’ll start with I know anything new in the area takes time to perfect. It’s taken us till last night to give this location a try.
I first reserved a table; glad I did. The hostess was super sweet and told us where to go order a drink while we waited. My husband spilled a drink and as I was cleaning they stopped me. They had someone come take care of it. I’m not a leave it there kind of customer… that was really nice of them.
We were sat not too long after arriving and I was so hungry. Everything smelled and looked delish! Our waiter was great! I’m not sure if he was super busy or what was happening, but patience was packed for us. Things were a little slower on delivery than what should be normal, but still he was great.
Their salsa is so good and I loved the bean dip!
I love a good queso! The queso tasted good but it was not warm… not warm at all. No, I didn’t send it back… we just ate it. The fajitas were good; not sizzling by any means but good, and the fixings were great portions. I loved the black beans!

Man the steak lupe was amazing! Very juicy, hot and season perfect. The cheese/sauce we delicious, very easy to cut into for so tortilla/taco action. The service was mid to actually below average… It wasn’t busy so I don’t understand why our server wasn’t as attentive as she should have been but the food was worth it. Looking at the negative reviews alot seen to aim towards the service and they are right though ours wasn’t as bad but still out server seem to disappear for long periods of time. But would definitely come back just not during peak hours.

The place is very pretty. I really liked its decor and theme. The service was good, our waitress was very attentive, always checking on us. Regarding the food, I can say that everything was very good: the beef fajitas were very tender and seasoned well. The tortilla soup was good, and our drinks were very good too. Compared to similar-style restaurants, this isn’t a cheap place.

We gave 5 stars. The first visit i wouldn’t say that, but after the got settled in it’s much better. Miguel The bartender is excellent. I believe he’s been working with the company for over 10 years. Seems like everything here is running real smooth. The drinks are great and the food was perfect.

My wife, my son, and I had dinner there this evening. The service was wonderful from 2 gentleman, one of whom was training. The manager came over and helped our experience become even more delightful. We spoke about their sweet but hot pepper which was SPICEY….LOL.
