Wow! I remember Pizza Hut used to be the best, now yuck. The absolute worst pizza I have ordered. The center of the dough was not done at all, the overall taste was just not there, very sad. My delivery driver was very nice and polite.

Got the big dinner box for $21. It was a pretty good deal. There is no actual sit down part of the restaurant so you have to order take out. But my order was done super fast, and the whole order, pick up leaving took less than 15 mins

Carbondale Pizza Hut is the worst. I have ordered from them on 3 different occasions in the last 6 months and my order has not been right yet. They obviously cannot tell the difference between marinara and ranch as well.

Worst experience ever. Will not go back or order again. Order a pizza that I couldn’t customize at all. Pizza also looks dried out. Wings didn’t have any sauce and delivery took 2 hours. Tried to call and kept getting put on hold. Obviously management doesn’t care about customer service or the experience people get. I dont want a generic reply like you give everyone else. It’s not going to fix the issue or change the problems.

Be wary of delivery orders. We placed a delivery order and got notified it was being delivered by DoorDash. 50 minutes later DoorDash says the order was canceled but Pizza Hut still showed it out for delivery. Trying to call the store resulted in getting a customer service line somewhere and when they transferred us to the local store we sat on hold for 30+ minutes with no answer. Ended up getting a refund but not without considerable effort. Complete waste of time. I mostly felt bad for the people working their because it’s not their fault but they are the ones that have to deal with this stuff.

I originally put in an order thru the Pizza Hut app and once I received my order and started eating it there was an issue with the pineapple on the pizza. We took it in and spoke with the manager Mark and he was absolutely phenomenal in taking care of our issues. He checked out the issue then made sure to apologize and immediately corrected it by making me brand new food to replace the one that was messed up. He was not only accountable but very professional and happy to correct any issues we had! Will definitely continue ordering from there!

I ordered pizza through the Pizza Hut app, not Doordash. I paid almost 70.00 in food and when they delivered, it was through Doordash. I called the store when Doordash said they delivered my food, and hand delivered it to me, asking why I don’t have pizza. They told me I had to call Doordash for a refund. I called Doordash and at first they couldn’t find my order because I didn’t process my credit card through them. I was transferred to several people in Doordash. They FINALLY found my order and issued a refund to Pizza Hut. I called the store 3 times. The first two times someone picked up and then automatically hung up on me. The third time a pleasant young lady answered and I explained the situation. She stated she needed to get a manager. To my surprise, but why am I surprised, I am currently ON HOLD to speak to a manager for 32 minutes now. Still NO ANSWER. Do Not Order at this store. You know, if they expect Doordash to live up to Pizza Huts Customer Satisfaction, they need to hire them. Quite honestly, when they have that pizza in their car and delivering it to me, they are employees of the company and that driver REPRESENTS that company picked up the order from. This is extremely BS. Its almost damn near borderline credit card fraud quite honestly. They are responsible for that food to get to me because I ordered the food. AND almost 70.00 too. Pizza isn’t cheap these days. If they refuse to issue the refund to me, the customer that pays their check, they have no business being in business. I am now 38 minutes and no manager. If legal they want to go, lets do this.
