I went to Japan for Christmas and have had sushi 4 times and never close to Japan. I tried the all you can eat because it included Nigiri, my my sushi lady was the best that I’ve had since I’ve got back from Japan. Her name was Rose ask for Rose if you come I was so impressed. Her skills were beyond expectation closest thing I’ve had since Japan I will be back to visit Rose.
A+ A++ for Rose.

Excellent service and good food. The short ribs and Kimchi were good. The Sushi was fresh and not too bad. It was a good dinning experience.

Fernando was amazing, friendly and attentive. He was very knowledgeable with the menu items, and recommended some great stuff!

I did the all you can eat sushi and everything was delicious. The sushi chef Rose was sweet and quick getting my rolls out. She customized some rolls to my dietary restrictions and made no mistakes. She works very efficiently.

I would solely just come back to see them.

The bartenders at The Rim are world class, Michelle and Sarah are extremely professional and knowledgeable of their craft and know their menu. When I have a taste for Asian cuisine my go-to place of choice is The Rim- the food is amazing. Michelle and Sarah are very friendly and attentive and want to make sure everyone has the best experience possible. In your travels across America you may have experienced servers getting annoyed when asking questions or suggestions about the menu, not Michelle and Sarah. They both will explain and guide you through the many excellent choices to making sure you are happy with your selection. If you’re in town, I highly recommend you stop by The Rim and say hello to Michelle and Sarah at the bar, it’s my favorite place to sit and take in the atmosphere of both the restaurant and casino. I must give a shout-out to The Rim’s manager Gary who’s a true professional and leader. You’ll quickly notice how well trained and attentive each staff member is and how much they take pride in their profession. (My favorite is the Mongolian beef with fried rice)

BE AWARE there is now a $3 service + takeout fee. This was not clearly mentioned upfront. We ended up spending almost $50 for takeout, which felt VERY high for what we received. It wasn’t busy at all when we came in, so there really wasn’t an excuse for the service. The customer service was honestly the WORST part of the experience. No greeting, no eye contact, no acknowledgment. Michelle immediately just said “Takeout?” in a dismissive tone. The other bartender didn’t even take our order she just pointed at Michelle instead of helping us. It felt very unwelcoming and uncomfortable. Wait time was about 20 minutes, which would have been understandable if they were busy but they weren’t. The portion sizes were VERY small compared to the last time we were here. The beef chow fun had tender meat (I’ll give them that), but it was BLAND and lacked flavor. The shrimp chow mein came with NO vegetables at all just noodles and shrimp. Very plain and disappointing. Overall, between the added fees, high prices, smaller portions, and rude service, it just wasn’t worth it. I personally wouldn’t return.

Five-Star Dining Experience at Rim Asian Bistro – GSR
Every dish I enjoyed today at Rim Asian Bistro was absolutely outstanding. From the sushi to the duck, the noodles, fried rice, cocktails, and even the desserts everything was delicious beyond expectations. There were so many wonderful dishes that I honestly lost count, but every single bite left a lasting impression.
What truly stood out was the intention and care of the chef. Each dish was thoughtfully prepared, beautifully balanced, and rich in texture and flavor. Every bite invited you to slow down, savor, and truly experience the depth of taste. It wasn’t just food it was a journey of flavors that made you want to pause and appreciate the craftsmanship behind it.
Even the drinks and desserts were perfectly executed, completing the experience in the most satisfying way. This meal reminded me how powerful great food can be it brings joy, comfort, and unforgettable memories.
Highly recommended.
An exceptional dining experience that truly deserves five stars

So ‘not the worst’ is the nicest thing I can say.
This place used to be good, but times have changed. After a few bites in, the food seemed to loose its flavor. I will say the Sweet and Sour Chicken held its own.

The Dragon Roll Sushi is supposed to be a cooked roll, but it was not cooked inside and tbh , a little gross. The Mussels were sad, don’t order those.

The busser was very kind and efficient. The manager was friendly checked on us often. The hostess was not the most friendly, but we only had to interact with her in the beginning. The server (Clay) was kind and friendly, albeit rather slow. I wouldn’t want to be here on a busy night.
