I frequent this dunkin nearly every day. Sometimes even twice a day. They have NEVER done me wrong. If anything they do me even MORE than right. The employees are beyond exceptional and friendly and the service CANT be beat. If you are having a hard day and you go to this Dunkin your whole day will be made. I wish I knew the names of all of the lovely staff. I just can’t get enough!

Avoid this Dunkin location. There’s a reason this place is rated very low!! Pathetic service, location is not clean , napkin boxes are empty, hot beverages are made lukewarm aka cold. Run by kids who are more interested in socializing than doing any work. Close to 1pm and the place is swarmed with middle school kids from next door. And the guy at the counter is busy chatting up and ignoring a paying customer. Avoid this place !!!!

Favorite Dunkin. Always accurate with the order. They get online orders ready very quickly. They also carry some types of donuts that other Dunkins don’t usually have, like vanilla cream filled with chocolate frosting. Edit: still great.

I don’t usually expect much from Dunkin’ and only came here to order an iced coffee and a donut, but if something goes wrong with the order and I ask to have the drink remade, I should not have to go through more than one employee to carry out the request. The young man taking orders was very friendly and was basically running the whole floor himself because the two women who spoke very little English failed to help out properly. He re-made the drink without a doubt after I informed him somebody accidentally drank out of it, thinking it was her mobile order. The two women were very rude and ignored me because they did not understand what I was asking. Do not work in a customer facing position if you do not want to face customers. At least the coffee and donut were as expected.

I usually just buy coffee there. I get caramel hot coffee decaf. The coffee itself is delicious but I’ve occasionally gotten a cold cup. The people serving me though are usually very nice.
One time I bought a muffin there as well cuz it looked good, but when I got it home it was hard as a rock. I don’t think I would ever buy food there.

Never again will I go here. Service was horrific. Apparently speaking English or at least being able to understand English is not a requirement . Had to repeat each part of my order several times and still did not get what I ordered. I ordered a hot mocha and got coffee with chocolate syrup in it.

The staff were not nice or welcoming. They messed up my coffee and it was cold when I tasted it as soon I walked out the store. I went back and, being the only customer in the store and had to call out “excuse me” several times before someone even bothered to look at me. I said my coffee is cold respectably and no one said a word. One of them just took it from me. After a while she gave me a new one and I said thank you and she just grunted and turned around.
Management, pls do better with your staff. I live locally in Lawrence and do not plan to come back to this one in particular.
